Unit size and amenities in unit

We stayed at this unit from Thursday till Sunday. The 1st day we checked in we alerted the front desk that the trash looks like it hadn't been picked up for over a week, they said they were call maintenance. there were originally 6 people scheduled to stay in the unit there was only 4 sets of towels. I also let front desk know about the towels they said they would have housekeeping bring them . The next day no trash was picked up the smell was horrible we called the front desk again they said they would send someone out, no one came out that day. The next day I called the front desk alerted them about not having towels again and again no towels and no response about the trash. they sent the garbage truck out the garbage trucks left and did not take the trash. Again I spoke with the front desk they said they would send maintenance out to pick up the trash and housekeeping with bring towels. Housekeeping never came to bring towels but on the day before check out the trash was finally removed. The smell of this trash was horrible we had to walk past the trash to get to the unit from the parking lot so every time we were in-and-out of this unit we had to smell trash that had sat there for over a week There are a total of 4 units in this building and it was overflowing all in The bushes, food on the ground, trash in the bushes ridiculous! Their response time was horrible in taking care of this matter and again we never got towels. I'm glad I love my husband because we had to use the same towel and wash cloth for 4 days!

When we arrived the apartment smelled like mildew they came and sprayed. The comforter was stained so they replaced it . When it was time for bed I turned my pillow over and it had blood stains. I sent picture The couch had lots of stains like it had been peed on. They sent out carpet cleaner at 12 something and couldn’t sit of couch for 6 hours until it dries. We went to cook pots where rusted and the metal from pot is peeling off .They did replace pots the next day after 12 noon . I called at 9am This was unacceptable and very poor conditions. I spoke with customer service Mrs Sharon Golden about getting some of my money back she told me to wait I may find something else . As if I’m just looking for things to complain about that was rude and disrespectful. I’m on vacation with my family to enjoy not look for things to complain about . If the unit was properly inspected before my arrival this could have been avoided. No effect was taken to ensure that the unit was in top shape for guest . It needs deep cleaning in the bathroom around the fixtures. Inside the oven the heating Element was hanging down to the bottom shelf . We had to place rack on top rack to keep it from hanging down . My suggestion would be to checkout units makes before customers stay. Look at the pots and check the linen. Make sure everything is clean to the most high standards. Guest come down with there family to enjoy a home away from home . It should be about the turn over it should be about a Quality Standard.

Dishes were dirty in the cabinets, front of refrigerator was rusted, dishwasher didn’t work properly

Upon arrival walking in the door the floor was slick as ice lol.Dont know what they used to mop with also I'm a huge coffee guy coffee maker didn't work.Pound for pound we'll stay there again

Los apartamentos están muy cómodos y tienen mucho espacio y cuentan con casi todo para la cocina

Que tienen pocas camas y no dejan suficiente tuallas para el baño

Esta a unos minutos caminando de la playa. Muy contentos por la rapidez para entregar el apartamento ya que Llegamos muy temprano a Destin y necesitábamos descansar un poco.

Todo estuvo perfecto 👌 la cocina muy equipada, muy amplio el apartamento con suficientes camas, sobretodo muy buena locación. En cuanto a la reservacion fue muy rápido todo me lo entregaron antes de lo esperado. Excepto un detalle no muy importante estaba limpio pero deberían mejorar la calidad en limpieza.
