If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Please note that the guest who signs the rental agreement must be present at check in and stay for the duration of the reservation. A security deposit of USD 200 is required upon arrival for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
