          Location was good and parking. Safe environment within gated comples
          Decor was very dated. Not very clean and could do with a deep clean. Floors when walking very sticky. Pool area very small and again needed a good clean. Wasnt very private as path ran alongside pool When in pool area path runs alongside which is used very often with people looking in as passing Unfortunately hadn't picked up all bedrooms were upstairs and I have a disability which meant with help I could get to room at night and the helped down again in morning and couldn't go up any other time.

          My family and I enjoyed every minute we spent in the house.”

          We loved the big open space in between the kitchen and living room. My family also enjoyed the swimming pool.
          The AC kept adjusting itself to 80° Fahrenheit. It should stay at the set temperature and not adjust by itself.

          wasnt exactly clean, wasnt sweeped, rugs were dirty, roaches!!!!!! infestation!!! egg sacs, babies, roaches all over the kitchen day and night, in cabinets and drawers, and door had a gap at the bottom and geckos came and went freely from outside

          A comfortable, charming, slightly worn house. Great pool. Kids loved the pool table. Was conveniently located half an hour away from both disney and universal. Hidden treasure- the resorts lake. Make sure to visit it.
          Slight wear and tear of the house, but even that made it a bit homey.

          The complex was lovely and the location of the villa on the complex was perfect.
          Many of the towels were stained and crockery and glass chipped - these need to be thrown out. There were a few loose floor tiles around the pool which are trip hazards.

          Staff was not helpful. Had dirty and smelly sheets and pillow cases, had a hard time getting clean ones because was told by staff and “manager” they were washed and cleaned, and it was clearly they weren’t.Place needs deep cleaning, pool was dirty , had the pool with the pump not working for 2 days , never received any type of compensation.

          The location was everything the neighborhood was clean and quiet . The house was beautiful. It had everything that we needed for our stay .
          The roaches were outrageous and the beds omg the mattresses were so uncomfortable and out dated you could feel every spring when you change positions.

          this property needs a better cleaning company and an owner more interested in maintaining the inside of the property.”

          it was a secure location where the outside property was well maintained.
          the property wasn’t clean on our arrive and the inside is in need of maintenance. the stove and shower curtains were dirty. the property manager solved the issues by replacing the shower curtains and placing foil over the drip pans. There was beer bottle cap under the couch and small bugs and spider webs in the corners of the windows and floors.
