We stayed for 3 nights and the room was clean and everyone one was very kind. You can not judge a book by its cover for sure. If you are traveling alone, no kids or with older kids i would recommend the third floor. That way you do not hear the young kids above you walking/running around.

I like almost everything except the fact that the people on front desk are not so friendly they dont provide bottled water, they dont provide dental kit and they dont ask if they got a good stay or if we need anything if they can help us with anything for extra plus points for customer service

Very nice to see a hotel where the staff are able to provide excellent hospitality. The staff here, specifically Grace, went above and beyond to help me have a great vacation and assist me with an unorthodox request. I ended up booking 3 extra nights thanks to the top notch service. Would stay again for sure.

The name has changed so I was a little confused as the building isn’t orange and blue anymore but the stay was just as great as last time thanks guys!

Secure hotel, good location, friendly staff. The rooms don't have coffee maker or microwave but there was coffee available in the lobby. Would stay there again.

Very clean big rooms, staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel doesn’t have washer and dryers one of the elevators was out of service and the parking is odd.

Nice and affordable”
My daughter and myself (35F) stayed at this location while visiting Sea World. Access to the building required a key card and the stairs were enclosed. I felt safe what at the facility. We were placed on the top floor and we liked our room. We mostly just watched TV and slept. There is parking outside and in a covered underground garage. I would stay here again.

All good but lacking of necessities”
We enjoy our short stay because near to SD airport but the room not provided with water boiler, drinking water or coffee and tea. But you can ask for hot water. Overall is okay.

Wouldn't give me a "do not disturb" sign, charge $5 per day for parking and there's no street near by most of the time, they said it's policy to let them in for maid service every 2 days but it's a lie (my room was very clean throughout the stay and at check out), no smoking rooms at all, and staff is kinda nosey. BUT the rooms are very big, clean, no bugs, no gross linings, bed was so comfy, king size bed instead of standard queen and 4 pillows since I'm a pillow whore. All other guests we encountered were very friendly, no issues. Overall, very good stay.
