Beautiful experience. Food and service were wonderful. In room deck with bath were perfect. Didn’t manage to book a room with outdoor pool/jacuzzi but ended up being in our benefit as our room had the best view and the bath was perfect and enough. Food was wonderful.

The request from guests is：「no!no!no!」when I ask ride to nearby park inter morning, they ask check the bill beforehand, they have my address, my phone number, my credit cards number,and they have my passport copy, Do they think l will run away?and when I decided to bring library's book read at my room ,a waitress stopped me on the public, and she said:「no!no!no! You are not allowed to do this!」I was so angry about their "service "it is not a Japanese ryokan I was expect at all

Das Hotel ist im japanischen Stil was man mögen muss. Frühstück und Abendessen werden auf dem Zimmer- direkt neben dem Bett serviert. Man kann sich nicht zurückziehen während ein- und abgedeckt wird. Das Personal ist höflich, aber Englisch sehr sehr schlecht. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und hat die guten Jahre hinter sich. Das Essen ist sehr gut und es gibt auch Frühstück im westlichen Stil. Zusammengefasst ist das Hotel überteuert für das was es ist.

何年か振りの強羅花壇。思い立つのがいつもギリギリだし、そもそも予約が取れないお宿ですが、運良く予約が取れて、伺わせて頂きました。 素晴らしいホスピタリティ。変わらないですね。ただちょっとずつ、まぁ、お互いに歳を取ったと言う事ですね。 それでも美しい景色と美味しいお食事、贅沢なひと時を堪能させて頂きました。 夏に向けて…強羅は涼しいと思っていましたが、近年の猛暑に、もう少しお部屋のクーラーの温度を低く出来ると有難いです。
