15min walk to shopping and restaurants area. 5 min walk to convenience store. Super nice Volcano View Hv to park the car to public car park behind the hotel The lady who manage the hotel not good in English. But we still can understand each other. The room is big enough for a family, hv equipment to cook and washing clothes Sorry for the bin, food or non food bin?? I think I failed to do this.

It was a rainy day when we check out. We asked the owner to help us call a taxi and they in turn were so nice and offered us a ride to the nearest Airport Shuttle bus terminal. We were so grateful to them. Arigatou! Omotenashi Hospitality 100 points!

Pleasant Stay ”

Courteous male staff, interacted with only 2 of them, both are kind and helpful. Room is very clean and large for a single traveler. Only used the large private open air onsen bath room, very nice -- but there is no shower head in that room, just tap to shower. But the bath was very nice -- especially late at night and early in the morning where you don't have to wait to use it. A 20 min (leisure) walk to the train station area -- so be prepare. I ENJOYED the walk, but others might find it too long. They will drive you to the train station upon checking out -- so please ask politely. :-) Thank you for the hospitality.

Homey and spectacular view”

The sea view room of Gracias Guest House gives you a very homey taste of living in Japan. Its balcony grants a spectacular view of the Sakurajima and the sea that greets you brightfully every morning. The convenience store, supermarkets, shopping centre are all within easy reach. You can cook, enjoy a drink at the balcony and be immersed in the everchanging view of the Sakurajima. The room is clean and carefully maintained. It has all the basics for cooking and all the necessities you need. Mrs Kodama is also a helpful and energetic lady of full hospitality. This hotel has made our stay in Kagoshima joyful and perfect.

The room got everything you expect, stove and cooking applicances. It's just like a kitchen at home. Good for the one who loves cooking. The view in the guesthouse is just amazing, you can see the sunrise. The instruction is a bit scattered. Better if provide a more detailed instruction after booking the guesthouse, including address and contact. The checkout time is not given by the owner.

A bit too expensive for what you get”

The room was not really entirely clean, especially the kitchen. Most important of all, when we arrived to the address, we had no idea how to get in the building (it was a normal residential building and you needed to know the exact room number to press the door bell). Only the next day (after we were trapped in front of the door with luggages for half hour and went to the barber next door to ask on the day we arrived there) that we received an email instructing us to press the door bell 602...it was already one day too late!

マンションの一室がそのまま宿、というタイプのゲストハウス。親子３人でゆったりと過ごせて、ベランダからは桜島が見えて開放感がありました。大きな冷蔵庫＆IHコンロで自炊もできるので、長期滞在で外食に偏りがちな食事も、バランスよく摂ることができました。 また利用したいです。ありがとうございました。

道路を挟んだ「ドルフィンポート」で夕食と買い物 朝は近くの吉野家 駐車場は裏で1夜500円 最高でした。 何よりホテルの方が親切なのが一番です。

南埠頭、天文館へのアクセスに便利！”

屋久島に行く前日に宿泊しました。オーナーさんも、気さくな方で、親切な方で、楽しい方でした。 歩いて、フェリー乗り場まで行けたし、天文館へ行くのにも近くて便利です。

到着が遅くなりましたが、連絡したら待ってていただき、施設の説明やらちゃんとしていただけました。ゲストハウスは初めてでしたが、安心できました。繁華街まで距離はありますが、酔い冷ましにはいいかと思いました。

由鹿兒島中央站乘市電2號到IZURO通站落車，步行7-10分鐘便到GRACIAS，對面就是海豚港，7-10分鐘可步行到市電車站及天文館、山形屋等購物點，5分鐘步行到渡輪碼頭。房間乾淨，有小廚房可煮食，有洗衣機，雪櫃，有露台可看到櫻島火山。整體住宿滿意。
