Room is spacious, Onsen is wonderful.”
I booked the single room for one night. The room is spacious but without toilet and bathroom. Fortunately, the shared toilet and washroom were not far from my room. There is indoor and outdoor onsen, both are very good, and they are the main reason I chose this hotel. There are other facilities, like laundry room, karaoke room, table tennis, clip-doll machine and massage chair. There is also a big car park. If you do not drive, it takes around 20-25mins to get to the hotel from the shirahama station by local bus. A big con is that there is only a few store/restaurant near the hotel.

The bus stop is within 1 minutes walk. We booked the corner room which has private toilet. The room was very spacious with large window. Onsen was really nice!!! They have several outdoor onsen. Free breakfast was ok! If you have budget concern and want to stay at a normal hotel with onsen and free breakfast this one should be the best choice.

千畳敷のすぐそばで、美味しい居酒屋もすぐ横にあり、スタッフの対応も素晴らしかった。欲を言えば部屋にシャワーが欲しかったのと朝ご飯が残念だったくらいです。その他は完璧でした。ありがとうございました。

露天温泉風呂最高”
2022年2日に1人宿泊でした。部屋の衛生面も、環境の静かさも、言う事はない。朝食も100円より何倍も超えでいます。海の景色を眺めてながら、食事するのも最高です。量も栄養も満点です。場所も大変良い、歩いて千畳敷と三段壁へ行けます。往復で2キロメートル位、良い散歩距離です。 部屋中にはトイレが無い事に、年寄には不便と感じました。 大変満足なホテル、また利用したいです。 ありがとうございました。

急遽泊まることになって、当日予約したのですが、スムーズに泊まれました。 しかもお値段も安めで温泉もあってとてもよかったです！また行きたいです。

温泉が雰囲気良く、露天風呂が3種類あり楽しめました。朝食はあら汁が美味しかったですが、小鉢(鮪の煮付けや西京焼きのようなもの、卵焼きなど)全て冷たくてボソボソ…作り置き感満載でした。有料で構わないので質を向上した方が良いと感じました。 部屋にトイレや洗面所はありません。全体的にリフォーム後なのか綺麗でしたが、トイレはあまり清潔感がなく、便座はとても冷たいので年齢の高い人にはあまりオススメ出来ません。全体として少年自然の家的な設備に近いホテルでした。

バーベキューの食材は寂しいし、追加の有料サービスも、今一だし、お部屋は狭いし、段差はあるし、元かんぽの宿？をちょっと今風の名前にして、外観を変えただけで中身は何ともお粗末な感じです。

フロントスタッフは素人がお手伝いしているレベル。仕事できる人間はいなく、仕事が出来ないのを全てお客様のせいにする対応。しっかりした説明、お客様に対する礼儀、何も出来ていません。田舎のヤンキーや短期のリゾバがバイトがてらに遊び半分でお仕事している感じです。 どうしても宿泊されたい方にご注意です。 浴場の露天に出るとびらに、やたらと鋭角な石を置いています。かなり危なく怪我をするのでご注意下さい。

時代錯誤的”
web写真ではキレイな現代風ホテルに見えたので迷わず予約しましたが、古い施設（おそらく研修所や保養所）のリメイク施設でした。表面的にはかなり手を入れて頑張っているようですが、死角や共用トイレなどはツメが甘くてガッカリでした。バイキング料理も出来合いのお惣菜が並んでるだけで、素泊まりして外食にした方が満足感は高いかもしれません。とは言え、温泉は大満足でした。露天風呂も眺望は悪いものの、岩風呂やヒノキ風呂があって楽しめました。でもリピートは無いかな。

Exceptional”
徐了客房沒有浴室，早餐簡單，其它無可挑剔，由其溫泉，但說明海景房有欺騙之嫌，雖然說2樓，其實是地下，建築結構地牢是1樓，景觀是類似中央冷氣的水塔和露天溫泉的上蓋，沒有景觀可言。但溫泉是非常ok的。
