This hotel was a self service check-in, but it was easy to access the staffs through their iPad at the lobby. I left some money at the hotel, I left it on the table at the lobby and the staff went all the way to help me get it back. The night I told them, the staffs looked through the security camera, got a picture of me and the envelope of money I left, and they started to help me get it back. They sent a hotel staff to come to talk to me later in about an hour, and she was so caring and empathetic towards me. I was so impressed. Not only this, I thought the hotel room was very good and nicely separated into zones. The room was quite spacious, could easily accommodate 3- 4 people. This hotel was easy to find, located 10 mins walk away from the Hakata station. It also has a lot of cute mini bras and restaurants nearby which are a little hard to spot but if you look carefully you will see them. I really loved my stay here :)

there is no staff at the front desk, you need to check-in and out via an ipad, but you can find the staff remotely via the ipad cam. the room is clean but smaller than expected. the room has washing machine and you can dry the clothes at the bathroom. the easiest way to reach this hotel is by bus or drive yourself because many parking space nearby (but be careful when you drive because the roads are narrow around the hotel).

The hotel is convenient for getting around Fukuoka and to Hakata station. Check-in is easy and fast. The facilities are superb and room is spacious, beds are comfy and everything is clean. I would recommend this to family/group travellers.

The place is comfortable ，the facilities inside the room is very new and tidy，the room is well-equipped.The room is convenient ，there are convenience stores and 24hours supermarket nearby .However， the room is a little bit far away from the Hakata Station，it takes a 15 minutes walk from there.

This place is clean, has good appliances (smart tv), and good bath tub. Bedding is ok, but my room had two AC units and worked great. Location is kind of “in between” but if you are ok with 10min walk or Uber, this place is awesome

エアコンをもっと効かせれば良かったのかも知れませんが、布団が薄すぎて寒かったです。 また、お風呂の追い炊き機能がなかったので、少し後に入るには全て入れ替えないとダメでした。

5泊利用させて頂きましたが室内など掃除も行き届きとても良い滞在になりました。 近くにコインパーキング、コンビニ、ドラッグストアもあり不自由はありませんでした。 ただチェックインをしたいのに建物内に入る番号が分からず困りました。

部屋や立地はいいけど、総合すると値段相応…かなぁ？”
土曜日に中洲から徒歩圏内で 3人で1万円は安かったので宿泊。 若干の匂いはあるものの、 それなりに綺麗だし広さも申し分ない。 チェックインも思ってたほど 戸惑うことはなく分かりやすい。 ただ不満点もあった。 ①TVのリモコンが効かず、 問い合わせしたところ 『エアコンのリモコンと一緒だから 入れ替えて使って欲しい。 それでもダメなら新しい電池を持って 伺う。』 という対応。 結果使えたのだが… やはりこの場合、まずは謝るべきでは？ それに、新しい電池に交換するかリモコンを入れ替えて使うかも カスタマーが決めること。 一方的な提案は陳腐な印象であった。 ②チェックアウトの際、 入り口のタブレットがエラーで使えなかった。 急いでいたことと、 緊急の呼び出しボタンもなかったことと、①で腹が立っていたことと… 色々重なっており こちらからわざわざ電話するのも癪で そのまま出て行きました。 無人ホテルとしては 部屋や値段は悪くないけれど やはり色々対応の雑さが目立った。 これからまた利用するかどうか、 周りに勧めるかどうか、は 対応を見て考えたいと思う。 ありがとうございました。
