Having visited Boracay for the 9th time, I found the resort's location to be very strategic. Firstly, it is in the center of everything in Boracay. Its entrance is located on the main road and a few steps away from D'Mall, making access to transportation and the business establishment very easy. Likewise, it has another gate directly linking into the middle of the D'Mall going further into the white beach. The resort practically has easy access to everything in Boracay by foot. The landscape gives a feel of living in an eco-friendly condo. Though improvements are still taking place. The resort's pool was pleasant and Instragramable including the wooden furniture at the lobby and reception area. The internet speed is good for casual surfing and limited to the lobby. The breakfast selection was pretty fair for the price. It has meat, veggies, rice, egg, bread, as well as unlimited coffee and juice. However, if you will be staying for a week, you'll have the desire to have breakfast outside on your 3rd or 4th day. I would rate the room 7/10. The AC works perfectly fine so as the TV and hair drier. However, they can improve on the schedule of trash collection and room upkeep for guests staying longer. Lastly, the quality of resort staff service. The expected warmth and politeness were consistent and overall familiarity with their operations. It can help if they have ready information or referral for island activities. Overall, the resort is definitely worth recommending.

Recommended to everybody. Very friendly to understand my request as a disable person. Try to make the best filipino soup .We are proud to say rice - aroscaldo or chicken noodles soup is the best as what my foreign husband family in Canada love me to serve for them. Will love to hear that the breakfast getting better for a perfect breakfast. Iam wondering the rice soup with nothing inside they serve is for sick people .

Spacious rooms, buffet breakfast, good value for money”
Highly recommend Grand Boracay. Location is at d'mall Station 2, accessible to frontbeach, restos and souvenir shops. Rooms are spacious with balcony and has double beds which is good for family. The breakfast buffet included is a big plus, wide variety of menu choices! Also we enjoyed swimming on their pool. Thank you Grand Boracay for making our stay enjoyable and worthwhile!

The Owners Are Very Nice 🙂”
Chinese owners are very generous... We had our reservation for their New Year's Dinner in their Restaurant a day before new year's eve... and during the dinner, they gave it back to us and said, our dinner will be free of charge because it's New Year😅 hehe... Dear owners, If you can read this, again, Thank you. They also gave us 500 pesos each as holiday gift... that makes it 2000 pesos😅 The room is clean. Restroom has free toiletries. AC is new and works very well. Beds are comfortable to sleep. Outside our room has free water despenser really ok to drink. Swimming pool is clean. Free breakfast tastes good... It's all filipino foods. Location is 5-min-walk to the beach front... There is a secret passage going to D'Mall, station2, where groceries and other necessities can be brought... and that makes it excellent if you want to explore station 1 and station 3. We'll be back in July.

First of all, the place is in the center of Station 2 and it is located in Dmall! It's something that I love specially it's near to all kinds of restaurants. Just 2-3 minutes walk to the beach. The staff are friendly. The place is tranquil. The price is affordable too and the fact that it comes with a daily breakfast. So it is really something you should consider too. Thank you! Gracias! great location, right off d mall area, but still nice and quite which is a big plus for that area. the owner is great and always made sure the power stayed on all week even after the typhoon on 25th dec. 2019. staff was very nice and pleasant and always helpful.

My family and I were taken care of during our stay at this hotel. Our needs were all met and the buffet breakfast has a lot of variety for Filipino food but only toast and butter for continental. The location at D’Mall is a great advantage. The only thing I don’t like is that the wifi is only working at the lobby and not in any of the rooms. It works 24 hours however if you try to use it in the lobby during the evening, there’s a lot of mosquitoes. We also like the warm/hot water availability from the shower. It’s a huge plus if it’s cold in the morning or you want to have a warm shower.

They are really strict on the check in time. We tried to check in earlier than scheduled but we were only allowed to leave our things at the lobby while waiting for 2PM. The staff are friendly and accommodating to requests. There are no elevators in the 6-story building but the staff helped us bring our luggages to our room. The facilities are okay and the room is just enough for a comfortable stay. WiFi is only available in the lobby so we had to use our mobile data while we were in our room. The location is great as it is only a few minutes walk to the beach and the surrounding area is robust in various shops and restaurants.
