Convenient location & great service ”
Despite being a rather old hotel, the room that we had was spacious with a large bedroom & an adjoining living room & dining area. This is one of the biggest rooms we have ever stayed in our trips so far & it is well worth the $ spent. Hotel staff are friendly & helpful. There was 1 day when we had to leave the hotel at 6.30am in the morning to travel elsewhere. I went to the breakfast area with lunchboxes to pack some finger food for my young children.Actually,the hotel forbids takeaways so I was merely trying my luck.When I went there, not only did the staff allow me to pack,he even gave me 2 plastic boxes to pack more food!He even gave me cutlery to go with.Also,its ideal location is very convenient with plenty of eating & shopping places nearby.It’s a short walk to the big shopping belt consisting of Central World,Big C & etc.

Haven been to Bkk since 12 yrs ago This time round I brought my kid along The room was clean and spacious Services at the counter was great especially my luggage was. It on time I apologise to the staff that helped mi called the airport luggage services and had to bear with their attitude . You were so professional Thank u all at grand diamond

Good deal at Pratunam Area”
The room looks a bit old, but it comfy and clean! We travel in group of 4 ladies, book a family suite room for 1 king bed and 2 single beds. The room size just nice for 4 of us. We can chit chat with each other with laying on the bed. It so comfy. We will book again. 😊

The rooms were spacious, came with separate living room and a kitchenette, with fridge, sink and stove, but no utensils provided though. Hotel is a little old, with decent lobby, but the room carpet is due for change. The hotel staff were friendly and services were prompt. The location is good, just next to Platinum Fashion Mall, and walking distance to Big C, Central World, Platunam Market and 11 mins away from the train station. Also tried the massage service during happy hours at the lobby level, not bad. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing stay”
I always book this hotel when I go to bangkok. This time with my parents and they were very impressed with the service and facilities. So was my younger brother! Right in Pratunam area and really accesible to the Skywalk. You can do all your shopping right there and even use the next skywalk from Erawan Shrine.

Value for money”
If you are in BKK for a shopping spree and need only a place to sleep, then this hotel is perfect for you! It’s adjacent to platinum mall and if you need something more fancy, the higher end malls are also nearby. Did you also want a massage after all that shopping? Then just head to the 9th floor for a massage or to the ground floor, where another spa awaits your tired shopping body! It’s an old hotel so don’t expect pristine and modern conditions. The junior suite was roomy for my husband and I. Our friends stayed in an executive suite with a wrap around balcony and the view from there was amazing. Breakfast buffet was good too! So many dining choices a few steps away. Also there’s starbucks, burger king? drugstore, and a 24-hr grocery in the same building!

We booked the junior suite which is very spacious & quite clean except for the carpet which looked quite worn out, other than that we have no complaint. The breakfast buffet choice was generous although they tend to serve the same menu at the halal food section. Generally our 7 nights stay was very pleasant & we would recommend this hotel for shoppers as there are a lot of malls within walking distance especially the Platinum Mall just next door (almost).

I have stayed here on 3 occasions now because of the location. Great hotel. I think it's time management change the carpet in some of the rooms. Apart from this everything is good.

This is a highly recommended hotel for everyone with young children. The room is spacious, with big bath tub. The breakfast is amazing too. And located beside Platinum shopping mall with a linked overhead bridge. 5mins to BTS walking distance and with shelter.

Clean, helpful staff and convenient”
This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel with my wife and it never dissappoint me. Hotel is clean, staff is helpful and hotel is walking distance to nearby shopping malls. There is even a massage outlet at the ground level which we visited every night after whole day of shopping! They also serve halal breakfast and special of the day. Convenient to use grabcar to go other destination. Highly recommended!

Great location and awesome staff”
We booked this hotel to watch fireworks at Central world. The staff was kind enough to switch our room to one that is facing Central world. We were so glad because before midnight, we decided to stay at the hotel, instead of squeezing ourselves with our child in the sea of people on the street. We got a good view of the fireworks of Central world and a bit of Icon Siam. + The international buffet breakfast had a good variety. + Connecting footpath to Platinum Fashion Mall. + Beautiful pool area and kids' play area

Would Come Again ”
We were happy to get a free upgrade to the highest room type there is. We received a complimentary fruit tray on our arrival. Furthermore, the laundry service was commendable. Reception and service staff were helpful and friendly. The place is clean eventhough the building is old. Overall, My parents and I will definitely come here again.

The location is really excellent! Just a few steps to platinum mall and it makes shopping really very convenient as I can just buy and dump the bags back to the hotel and continue shopping
