Good location and good staff”
We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel . I would like to thank Celine (front desk personnel and I hope I got her name right) for being very helpful during our 3 nights there. When we told her we were not too happy about the room which she had initially allocated to us upon check in because of the traffic noise, she very kindly relocated us to a higher floor. The room was spacious and clean and it had a great city view. We definitely will stay here again.

Perfectly located on perhaps the most famous street in old Saigon, everything is a nice walk around this hotel. The rooms are comfortable and the services are friendly and efficient. The rooftop restaurant is an ideal place to have a coffee or a meal, day or night. The views from there are incredible, such a hidden charm! This was our first stay here but we wouldn't hesitate to come back in the future.

I have opted this premises in line with my business travel . I believe this property belongs to prime location and we can access to major tourist destinations and business meeting destination. Hotel is too neat and clean with good ambient to stay where the reception team as well as the employees are good understanding with guest necessities. I didn't use the pool and gym ,both are in world class feeling.

Always a great place to stay in Saigon”
Probably our 15th to 20th stay at the Grand over the past 10 years and it is always a top experience, especially when the price is good from Agoda. At the end of a long trip we don't really want to deal with much of the hustle and bustle and noise of Saigon, so we stay near to the Grand for meals and such, and use the pool and the fitness center, the hair salon (Tommy is fantastic!) and the spa (super clean, good service). For nearby meals there are several great locations and our favorite is Jaspa's for dinner, Vietnam House for lunch, and breakfast at the Grand's bountiful buffet. A great place to relax before heading back overseas.

Spent 4 days in HCM at the Grand Hotel Saigon. Perfect location within walking distance of everywhere you need to go and heaps of street food options nearby. Beautiful pool. Cool rooftop bar and restaurant. Lots of variety for breakfast. Will definitely stay again.

In the heart of district 1 the Grand is a charming hotel with wonderful staff, it has a great choice of restaurants and has 24/7 room service . The self service buffet breakfast had a great number of selections and was delicious. The hotel pool was a great tranquil escape . Rooms were spacious I had a huge bed. free bottled drinking water was supplied every day and the room had mini bar, safe bath robes and slippers along with a kettle and free tea coffee etc. the bathroom had separate shower and bath and a good selection of complimentary toiletries were available . The rooftop bar and restaurants had fantastic views of the river and city , live entertainment was on on Fri Sat Sun nights . Clean hotel with great staff and food and location . I will be going back again,

I stayed at the Hotel a couple of times in the past and this place always made me more than please By some reasons, my booking was set on a wrong date (our mistake). Even the booking was in category of “non-return, unchangeable”, the hotel still kindly coordinated with Agoda to change the date without extra cost that I was willing to pay. As usual, their staff are helpful & friendly. Definitely, the hotel also provided definition of cleanness For sure, our family will comeback this hotel in future.

I went for a trip and this is my second hotel for this leg of the trip and I say I should have stayed here from the first day. The room are although old with creepy flooring, the hotel still looks good after many years. The grand cafe on the 20th floor is one thing that you should not missed when you stayed in this hotel.

Stayed here for 4 days. The hotel was clean and spacious. Washroom was somewhat clean also (9/10). Location was about 5 mins walk to the street with a lot of food stores and shopping area. Breakfast variety was around the same every day.

The biggest bed we have ever seen. Super quiet rooms , very clean and lovely bedding. Nice breakfast included from 20th floor which has amazing views of the city. Older style deco rather than ultra modern which is nice. We enjoyed our stay very much.
