This is a classic Vietnamese regional hotel where communication and some of the facilities go into meltdown when customers arrive. There were few staff for a large hotel. It appeared that only a few of the rooms were being used, so it felt like a ghost hotel. We were told that it is a private business, not a govt hotel. The man at the desk had no record of our booking and it was difficult to convince him that we had booked and paid. I had to coach him through each and every booking (6 rooms). One couple had to try 3 rooms before they found one with power and hot water (not very hot water). All in all, quite a sham olio experience. If we hadn't had an experienced Vietnamese guide, things would have been much worse. Good; the size of the rooms and the price Average; the location Bad; the staff, the lack of guests I probably wouldn't stay there again, but I'm not sure that anywhere else is better.

We didnt have the room that we wanted ( 2 bedroom suite), but they gave us 2 rooms insteed so it was ok. They have good location hotel, quite clean, standard facilities.

nhân viên nhà hàng nói với chúng tôi, chỉ có môi phơ thôi tôi hỏi đồ uống trà cà phê thì họ bảo tất cả đều phải tính thêm tiền, rồi họ mang ra 2 tô nước cộng bánh phở và mấy lát thịt bò , nhìn chỉ muốn ói, tôi liền đi ra ngoài ăn, không nên lui tới đây ở đây bạn không được tôn trọng.

Giữa trung tâm, thuận tiện đi lại, gần đập thủy điện, nhân viên chưa chuyên nghiệp ở chỗ không báo giờ ăn sáng nên 9h ăn sáng thì nhà ăn đã dọn hết. Khách sạn đang sửa chữa nâng cấp nên khá ốn, đập phá gõ cả đêm. Hi vọng 1 năm nữa sửa chữa nâng cấp xong thì ở được.
