Here are the good points: 1. Great Location - walking distance to Royal Duty Free and Harbor Point Mall. Relatively quite vicinity as the hotel is located inside a compound that is just beside the main road, so you don't get noise from cars passing by. 2. Great Breakfast - we got booked on Dec 25-27, 2022. For Dec 26 breakfast we got Arroz Caldo and Clamchowder soup, some breads and Creamy Pene Pasta these are until supplies last. Drinks are unlimited (instant coffee, hot choco, iced tea, etc). For Dec 27 breakfast, we got Arroz Caldo and Sotanghon soup, some bread and Chowmien noodles these are until supplies last. Of course drinks are unlimited. These are all on top of the free plated breakfast course that you get with your room. 3. Great Price - rooms are spacious for the price, I'm not kidding - go check the room size before you click the "book now". you will be surprised. Rooms has cabled TV, bathroom supplies like soap, shampoo and even a combo. All the little comforts for a great staycation. 4. Hotel Staff - simply courteous and hospitable. They won't get tired greeting you when you pass by. Some Bad Points: 1. Hotel is approximately around 12years or so as of my review (Dec 27, 2022). There will be some nicks here and there, but it doesn't matter coz you are paying for great service and value for money. Nothing beats this hotel at this price point! 2. Way back they are offering bike rentals, this could be a good option nowadays. Btw, we have been a patron of this hotel for more than 10years! And yes, this is our go to hotel in Subic hands down! Great Service yet on a budget”
I have no complaints. Though I suggest to check the quality of food items displayed in the room. One of the in-house pringles doesnt taste and smell right. Could be one of the former guests opened but didnt want to pay for it. Its a good thing my kids didnt eat it right away. They did replace it but I had one or two pieces already before I realized. Instead of thanking us for not xomplaining because we might get sick they should have replaced one for free loke what other hotels do but overall we had a comfortable stay.

the place is clean, the staff is nice, the food is great, we also had free massage and the location is just walking distance to restos, mall, convenience stores and duty free shop. we will definitely go back.

Best choice! ”
If someone is looking for a place to stay this is the best place to stay. It is 5-7 minutes away from Harbor Point Mall, 10 minutes away from the beach. The staffs are very accommodating. Rooms are very comfy as it is very spacious. Room: 10/10 Staff: 10/10 Food: 9/10 Cleanliness: 10/10 Price: 10/10 Could've been best if they can offer buffet for main course of breakfast but I'll still give a perfect rating since there will always be a room for improvement for anything. Thank you Grand Hoyah will definitely recommend and visit back!

Hidden Jem”
One of the hidden jems in Subic in terms of staycationing. First and foremost, the staff is very accomodating and friendly. Shoutout to manong guard for assisting us with the parking with a smile. Room service is fast. Anything you need, they'll be in your room in a snap of a finger. The location is perfect as it is close to almost every establishment (malls, banks, churches etc.) The room is very spacious, my kids ran round like it was a freaking playground. The food was exquisite. We had a 2 night stay and we were so glad we chose GHH to stay in. Zero regrets. Will definitely be back for any future stay at Subic. Kudos to the GHH team!

The staff were all attentive, hospitable, friendly and courteous. The hotel is located near shopping malls and grocery stores. The rooms are spacious, clean and even got a balcony. They have work table and a fast internet speed so I was able to do my job while the kids were asleep. The restaurant serves good food but could have been better if it is hot. My kids love their fruits especially the watermelon! All in all we had a great experience in this hotel.

The best budget hotel in Subic. Booked two rooms - deluxe and twin; both rooms are spacious, clean, with complimentary water and breakfast, mini ref, tv with cable channels. The bathrooms are also clean, with decent water pressure, and hot showers. Their restaurant serves shabu-shabu, which we enjoyed very much. Location is accessible - near Harbour Point Mall. Kuya guard was very nice too. Has enough parking space for all guests (in front and beside the building).

Had a pleasant stay at Grand Hoyah Hotel. A stone's throw away from the city center, and at a quiet neighborhood with convenenience store nearby, it was a very nice experience staying at the hotel. Their breakfast was also satisfying!

Altho an older property, hotel clean, and staff attentive and professional. Restaurant provided well prepared meals the many times we ate there during our week-long stay. We extended 3-days beyond our reservation. Good security and excellent area to walk. Plenty of parking provided. We will book here when we visit the area next time, if rooms are available. Well done!

Experience here was superb and definitely will go back to over and over again! It's highly recommended. Staff is very accommodating, food is delicious and serving is more than what you pay for (had our bfast and dinner here for days we stayed at the hotel - can't get enough of it. We even extended our stay cos the experience is super relaxing and super fun.

We had a great time, location, facilities, food and service and price was affordable. Only comment is check the expiry and quality of pringles etc displayed inside the room. My kids almost ate a spoiled pringles (tasted and smelled bad). Must have been opened by one of the previous guests. Please be mindful to check next time. But this is just an isolated case. Will definitely come back.

Simple, Classic and definitely worth it!”
It was my first time travelling with my family and searching for the best value overnight stay hotel was a challenge for me. I wasnt familiar with Subic and where the best places were so I checked for Google Places near our target restaurant and found GRAND HOYAH. I read the reviews and they were indeed right on. From service to value for money, we are rating this hotel a 5-star. It is suited for families, couples, groups travelling looking for the best place to stay at. Food is reasonable and delicious. Breakfast was surprisingly filling and full. The staff were at their best effort in serving all customers. You wont see anyone slacking off. Again, all I can say is - book your stays at Grand Hoyah and you wont be disappointed :)

Great hotel for the money”
I love that you get a large selection of free breakfast. Restaurant staff is the friendlies staff I ever came across with. From the guard to the front desk, house keeping and maintenance department it has been a positive experience with them. In room massage is very reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel.
