The staff is amazing and will go all the way every single time. The amenities are great. The location being close to the harbour is amazing too. Only downside is accessibility to MTR. Nonetheless, this stay was the best staycation ever!

Perfect Girlie Staycation -Brunch & Pool days ”
Pros: Facilities in room, Nespresso coffee machine, large bathtub, super clean & excellent pillow menu. Best pool in Hong Kong for a pool day staycation & great cocktails from the bar. Seafood, Steak & Spritz brunch was wonderful - great DJ and very attentive staff Wonderful breakfast with a wide variety of meal choices. Cons: Fitness center and spa closed (due to COVID 19)! Pool now closed (due to COVID 19) Restaurants closed from 6pm - it would be great if the restaurants were able to offer a takeaway service, where you could order and pay on an app & have the meal bought to your room.

We have stayed in the Grand Hyatt before and came back because it was the best staycation we've had so far (out of several) and the service was fantastic. We are seasoned travellers, so we have high standards and the staff here delivered once again. We had two nights in a suite to celebrate our engagement and the whole experience was superb. We dined in all the restaurants over our stays and each one was excellent, in particular Grissini’s this weekend. No doubt the best hotel in Hong Kong if you are looking for the 5-star experience.

A fantastic Christmas Staycation ”
My family and I booked into the Grand Hyatt to celebrate Christmas! It was amazing! The staff were friendly, helpful and really went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The rooms were warm, spacious and homely and really clean. The breakfast buffet was scrumptious, with lots of food to choose from. We are already planning our next stay for next year at the Grand Hyatt to celebrate my father in law's birthday!

One of the Best Staycation”
This is my second time to choose GH for my staycation. The hotel staffs are nice. This time we stayed in Harbour View Room with Club Access. The 180 degree view of the Victoria Harbour in room is amazing. The Club itself is cozy and provided wonderful environment to enjoy the harbour view. It will be prefect if more F&B to be selected in afternoon tea session.

Booked the sea facing balcony room on the 11 floor, had stunning view of the harbour and the room had a massive bath tub which was an amazing experience. Room was well priced due to the pandemic and staff serviy was excellent. Breakfast buffet was amazing . Overall a 5 star experience. They have great staycation deals available at the moment with dinner and breakfast so highly recommend for anyone looking for a good place for staycation. Would highly recommend the balcony rooms due to the great view and massive bath tub

I have written this review a few times already and still I receive agoda email to ask me to review again and again. I can do it for the rest of my life if you like on a daily basis. Anyway Ms. Mary Chiu is amazing and fantastic and so is Kenneth the waiter at the Grand Cafe. Again, everything is perfect and especially the breathtaking harbour view. It gives the illusion of like a Hotel on water. It's an experience in its own right.

Stayed at the Grand Hyatt for a birthday celebration and it was a pleasant, memorable experience. We were given a room with an impressive view of the cityscape and harbour. Everything was clean and orderly as you expect for a 5-star hotel. The room service food we ordered was nicely prepared and in generous portions. The hotel also provided us with a nice birthday treat. Breakfast included a nice variety of foods and we were quite satisfied with the overall quality. Throughout our stay the staff were very polite and helpful. Thank you to all of the staff and a big thanks to Scott Chui for taking very good care of us!

Staff are very courteous and hardworking. Room and equipments are very clean without a dust. Abundant harbour view could keep you away from sleep. Don’t look for modern or fancy setup. Hyatt is selling classic and premium services. Their breakfast is heard to be A-class, unfortunately the order to serve model became a mess during my stay in pandemic period.

5 star service; Amenities have to be upgraded”
The service was superb, staff well known of my requests and arranged in advanced. No doubt the view from the room was stunning. Yet the night view was not as good as expected because you can't see it clearly. Room was not equipped with bluetooth speaker and smart TV which are essential for top hotels nowadays. Breakfast was one of the best in the city that cannot be missed.
