Perfect Christmas Staycation”
I made the best choice when I booked at Grand Hyatt for our Christmas staycation this year. I booked a room with Club Access so we got to enjoy the offerings at the Grand Club. Check in and check out was smooth, all the hotel staff were friendly and accomodating. The food was also delicious. The location was just perfect because it was just near St. Michael Church so I got to complete my Misa de Gallo masses. To top it all, there was a Christmas Eve mass at the hotel itself so we also got to attend mass without leaving the hotel premises.

My husband and I took advantage of the local grand promo. 10k for an overnight stay with buffet breakfast. Late check in and check out with 2k vouchers. During our first stay we were allowed to stay 24hours from the time of check in. Unfortunately for this stay, we had to leave at 3pm even though we checked in at 8pm (flight delays). Nonetheless, the breakfast was soooo good! And the tub! We like that it’s separate from the shower. The bed. We don’t want to leave the bed when we wake up. Sooo comfortable! We also like that it has a table so we can eat properly. It has a lounge couch, too! Super near uptown mall too. So we always get to buy food at Mercato and then eat at the hotel. The only thing we don’t like is it’s super cold inside the room. Even when we turn off the AC, it’s still cold! So when we get out of the tub or the shower, we’re freeezing!

Very clean , complete amenities , excellent service, staff are friendly & courteous & helpful Breakfast also was really great with wide selection of great tasting food . Location is also nice & safe . My daughter was also given cake on the day we stayed since it was her bday . Highly recommended 5 stars

We love the room at Grand Hyatt!!! The view is superb, the pocket spaces for bathroom, toilet and mini walk in closet gave additional privacy!!! Love the amenities, it was just cool to dip in the pool. The gym is open 24hrs which allowed me to use it during my convenient time. Will definitely go back!!!

Everything was great. We stayed for one night only and I admit it was really expensive but I feel like I got more than what I paid for. Very friendly and engaging staff, smooth checkin, superb room, i enjoyed the complementary stuff! And the tub!! The breakfast buffet was beyond expectations. Overall - - WORLD CLASS SERVICE AND PROCESSES.

Best Hotel in the Metro”
Me and my husband celebrated our anniversary for a week. We went hotel hopping from different 5-star hotels in the metro. So far, Grand Hyatt is the best of them all. Their room is very beautiful not to mention the crew who checked us in is very kind and polite. He upgraded our room for free. We stayed at the 46th floor and oh my goodness the view from our room is amazing! They also have a vast breakfast selection and loved all their food! I will definitely be back with my family.

Great Stay ”
Weekend staycation at the Hyatt. When we got into the room the there was a massive leak with the airconditioning and it leaked all over the floor. The hotel sent up an engineer to fix it and when they couldn't offered to move us to another floor (same room, same view). Staff was fantastic and the Hyatt never disappoints. Minor areas for improvement would be (1) breakfast options - somewhat limited (2) check out especially during the stated hours there should be more front desk people to help with the surge, long line of people just waiting to check out.

A Quiet Place to Stay”
It was a last minute decision to book a hotel for the new year. Grand Hyatt was the best choice since it's just near my office along 36th Ave. and I was working until the 31st. Glad that there were still available rooms. We had a pretty good stay in the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Everyone was strictly following the safety and hygiene protocols. Checking in and out was not a hassle. Even the swabbing took only minutes to finish. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. Food were good both for our New Year's dinner and breakfast. Best hotel in BGC ”
Loved the room - very modern with floor to ceiling window view, nice touch on the toiletries too. very child friendly - had a huge swimming pool, kiddie pool and 2 hot tubs/jacuzzi. I like that its not too close to the mall - really prime you to rest and enjoy the amenities. If you do feel like shopping or eating out - uptown mall is also close by. Service is excellent too, kudos to the staff. My daughter loved every moment of it to say the least so will be returning soon. Worth every penny i may say.. Thanks GHH. Keep it up!

We're repeat guests in this hotel. Restaurants are great but can fill up quickly (best to reserve, especially during weekends). Rooms are large and facilities are good. Kids enjoy the pool area.

Smart choice to celebrate our 28th Wedding Anniv with the Grand Escape Staycation Package @ reasonable cost esp this uncertain pandemic. On top of irresistible inclusions such as good breakfast, we got a room upgrade and other freebies like compli sodas, cake and wine. This made up for the rainy Saturday yet still enjoyed the facilities the next day w late checkout. Welcome room food freebies are great and a surprise birthday cake for my husband was just heartwarming. The gym is also well equipped. Points for improvement are the food menu at The Lounge (mezzanine) with a sad bland burger, and hopefully more choices and tastier fare at breakfasts at The Grand Kitchen next time. But I would highly endorse Grand Hyatt Hotel in BGC anytime! Thank you.
