would be wonderful if they have business services like wireless internet, hot water shower (important for kids), and better facilities maintenance especially in toilet. 2) also nice if they have hotels towards north bound instead of south bound as we are going up north and have to make a turn twice on the highway just to get to destination. 3) overall it is satisfactory.

Ok good hotel for traveler from kl /perlis to sleep and relax after long driving. Situated near bkt merah resourt and taiping town and we go there we have to think a tol payment. Hotel itself didn't give any food services but it's near with various food courts and stall such as KFC etc.o

Dirtly shady place, not so convient location”
We booked this hotel since we were on the road and needed somewhere to sleep on our way to the north. This lead to the first problem. The hotel is on the 'southbound' side of the highway, forcing us to drive up to the next exit to 'turn southwards'. This way we had to drive an extra 10 km. On the next day we needed to go further north. So again, another detour. A full 32 km this time. So only book this hotel if you are travelling from north to south. The rooms are old and dirty. Good to get a nights rest when on the road, but not something to rave about.

A basic stay with a basic room. This is a budget hotel, don't expect much. Lack of maintenance ie. carpet and room facility. But good access to highway food stalls. Lots of choices. Free wifi as well.

Upon seeing me entering the hotel, the front desk straight away said rooms were full. Told him I booked online he didn't even bother to check the confirmation code .My husband took over from there before I exploded with expletives.. we got the sorry state of a room anyway. it's all that matters as we just need a bed to sleep over the night.

First of all, the price of the room is very2 cheap. but just want to share with you the condition of the room that ive stayed. The room is really run down and smelly The management need to do a lot of repair especially on the toilet. The room that im staying has a clog sink and the sink cabinet door was broken,practically left a hole under it. there was no hot water for the shower. shall i eleborate more?? but again...for a small amount of money...u should decide for yourself..

Ok. If only they maintain the hotel, it would be better. I suggest they offer hourly rate stay as this hotel is a hiway hotel. People might stop for few hours to refresh themselves. No need a night stay.

Bed ok, i don't expect much for the budget hotel but please provide water heater to prepare hot drink and babies's milk...many times i need to asked for hot water from front desk, the girl ok but the old man It's almost like I'm bothering him, no smile at all.

lay-over hotel on the highway for tired drivers”
lousy value for money. no hot water making facility (tea/coffee) available. no hot water for shower. heater not working. this is my second stay. the first one was last year in june when i dropped in to rest and paid over the counter. that time the hot water was not working well also. it was tepid. for this stay there was no hot water at all for shower. real lousy. i paid much cheaper for my stay and facility was tip-top.

Terrible and horrible. The air conditioning unit full of dust, water heater not working and the staffs are not friendly and can heard one of male staff was very rude by yelling for our room keys when we still in the midst of packing our luggage in the room for check out. Water licking from the ceiling in my brother-in-law toilet. When reported the problem facing in the room, the staff cannot be bother. Well, this were be the first and last time that we stayed in this hotel and will not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel for future
