Stayed only one night during our honeymoon trip in Hokkaido and this was by far the most thoughtful and considerate hotel of our trip! For starters the staff enlightened our day, the lady who took care of us upon our arrival was extremely nice and she brought a surprise cake for our honeymoon! Nice intention. The room was spacious and the view gorgeous. Extremely clean. Thank you all (and specially this lady at the front desk).

The hotel is just above a giant shopping mall which includes an AEON. You are able to walk indoor from the metro station when the mall is open. The view (even mountain side) is nice. The room is spacious with king-sized bed and clean and you can tell it's a very decent hotel. Hotel staff was really nice to help my boyfriend for proposal.

Hotel is in a great location from Otaru town and very accessible from New Chitose airport and Sapporo station. Twin size room size was adequate to hold snowboard gear and enough room to feel comfortable. Hotel lobby and personnel at front desk very courteous and professional and verse in english very good.

The staff are very friendly. The room is spacious and clean, definitely deserve the money. Nice room and king size bed. Definitely worth the money. It is close to the train station, I think it is only 200m's walking distance. I will book again the next time I visit here.

Great location, room was spacious, neat and tidy and we had a great view. We could easily spend half a day at the connected shopping mall with supermarkets, restaurants, bowling arena and movie theater. The prices at the shops were OK as well as the mall serves locals from the connected JR station, rather than just tourists. Hama sushi, Daiso and other shops are also a few minutes' drive away. Would have been even better if the parking (~1000yen/night) was included in the room fee.

The room is big with the view of Otaru city. It took a 5-10 mins driving to the Otaru Canal area and about 20 mins walking distance. There is AEON mall right next to the hotel, so you conveniently shop for food and other necessities.

Checkout at 12 noon was a wonderful arrangement especially with young kids. Most of the hotels in Japan had 10 am checkout and it was stressful in the morning.

Hotel is located right next to a shopping mall, which is nice. Also, a 24 hr convenience shop is 7 minutes by walking. It is not located within Otaru's main shopping and sightseeing area, but near to Otaruchikko station.

good hotel for relaxing”
we book this hotel for 3 families. hotel was link to a shopping mall with a big supermarket thay closes at 9pm every night. nearest lawson was abt 10-15 min away hence remember to prepare water and food for supper. hotel do not provide water as the tap is drinking water. staff was friendly and service was good. will definitely stay here again. it is 2 stations before otaru station hence it is more quiet compared to staying at Otaru station.

Good location, convenient for Kiroro Shuttle bus and near JR Otaru Chikko Station”
You can catch JR Airport Rapid train direct to the Otaru Chikko. The walk way is through a shopping mall. Very easy to find the hotel. Staffs are very nice. Service is very good. Breakfast is ok. I stayed there 3 days 2 nights but the food menu was the same but everything you can try. Good taste. Anyway, I like this hotel. Very convenient in everything. The shuttle bus to Kiroro is in front of the hotel. AEON mall is walkable next to the hotel. You do not have to go outside the door. Everything to eat are there. Chou cream shot at the Aeon mall is very good. I recommend Soft cream of local shop you must try. It is in front of ABC mart. The best local vanilla soft cream. I will stay there again if I visit Otaru.
