Good hotel owned by a Korean company. So, you can do anything even if you don't speak good English or Vietnamese. Everything was good so I've stayed here for over 10 times. However, do not go to the casino there. Go there and spend your time, 10~20 hours, then you will understand what Im saying now.

Good location, breakfast menu was average, laundry service is bad”
- Air conditional was not cold enough - no cold water for shower - laundry service was bad - how could staples be use on customer shirts and parts. Very unacceptable. - send laundry to wash before 8.00am but to only can receive it the next morning. - laundry send for wash does not smell fresh at all

If you are on a business trip and this is close to your meeting locations, I think it is good. Otherwise it is a bit out of place, even if shopping mall is next door. It is clean and very big, so are the rooms, but a bit outdated in terms of interior. The breakfast is limited for such a big Hotel in my opinion.

Hotel is a bit outdated and needs refurbishment. The room was very spacious though. But their location is far away from the Old Quarter, about 30 minutes of car ride. I think the hotel caters mostly to Koreans as you could see a lot of Korean guests and even a Korean restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast was very minimal

If you like staying in a large room with French classic decor, this place may fit the bill. It is a bit dated now, but back in the day, it was one of Hanoi's finest. The hotel is quite far from the French Quarter and the breakfast was not very good.
