Old but Clean”
We had a great stay, hotel rooms are big and clean. It's close to SM Lanang . They serve buffet breakfast, but food doesn't taste good (in my opinion, it's too sweet) even viands.

Had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. The room was clean. They have slippers available. They don't have a bidet, but it's okay because they have a dipper at the comfort room. Also, the hand soap smells good! I enjoyed the breakfast (yummy pancake!). They have a lot of choices!

Should you be coming back anytime sooner, you may request at the Front Desk for the new rooms, though its subject for availability upon check-in. Nevertheless, we were thrilled knowing your stay was awesome.

The room was clean, vanity kit was provided, there are dispensers for liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner (hot cold shower not workimg in our room but that's okay). Breakfast was the best! Basic selection but every dish served was delicious. Would totally recommend to tourists and those who want a relaxing staycation!

I appreciated the effort of the staff . I liked the location and the rooms are very spacious. My deluxe room was newly renovated. Wish I could’ve been a floor higher. Breakfast was ok and there’s a huge parking lot for your rented cars.

A Grand Hotel indeed”
I booked a premier room with a King size bed. And it did not disapppoint me. The room size was big with beautiful lightings that you'll find also in other first class hotels. The washroom was big as well with all the toiletries that guests should be needing. The room temperature was perfect. While the breakfast has a lot of food to choose from. I'll difinitely coming back to stay and will recommend the hotel to all guests wanting to find a place to stay in davao

Always looking forward staying at this hotel when I’m in Davao. Great location, spacious rooms. I just wish the AC in my room was cold enough. Also, the bed comforters should be fixed on the bed and no need to ask the staff to provide it. Overall, I am still comfortable and def recommend to friends!

Overall, we had a good stay. I have some good and not so good observations about the hotel. PROS: * Staff are courteous, helpful and accomodating. Always greets with a smile. Excellent customer service! * The hotel lobby and hallway smells good and clean. Love the ambiance at the lobby. * Live music with pianist at the lounge. * Very close location to SM Lanang. * Parking available at the back of the hotel. * Free buffet breakfast , good amount of food and lots of choices. Breakfast starts at 6am till 10am. * Strong wifi signal. * The A/C is in excellent working condition. CONS: * We booked a twin room for 3 people, with extra cot. The bed is small for 2 persons. * We were assigned at the first floor, at the back of the hotel and at the very end of the hallway. We don't have a view of the city. We can only see the concrete fence. * Electrical wiring in the room is not safe. Already out of the sockets and not enough sockets. * Casino Filipino attached to the hotel, has free coupon for the casino but coupon is only limited for table game but not roulette or slots, not flexible to change if you change mind. Not good ambiance at the casino, looks cheap. Need to enroll or register if want to play slots, can't put money directly and almost all of the slot machines are not available. Small casino, obsolete and old. * Tv in the room is not working. * Fridge is not cold even at the highest temperature. Has minibar, the drinks in the fridge are not cold enough. * Bathroom is outdated and some signs that it needs to be changed for this type of hotel. Shower has good temperature. Has shampoo/ body wash dispenser.

We thank you for the generous feedback which gave us a rather bigger picture to look into in terms of sustaining the areas of our services that's in a good light, and the more crucial issues in the facilities that need to be addressed. We would also include a kind suggestion in booking a room to book the Deluxe or Premier Rooms in the tower, to get the better view of either the Davao City skyline or the Davao Gulf with Samal Island in sight. Renovations are underway now, which already completed a few floors in the tower (where the Deluxe and Premier rooms are) and its a committed intent to ultimately change the physical aspects of the property, while the enhancing the services each guest truly deserves.
