1) place is accessible but have hard time on check in since we were told to declare just 2 but we're booked for 4 pax.. 2) there were fees we didn't know until we've arrived and pool is also an additional cost.. 3) one of the pix shows you can see manila bay from the window, but it's misleading, room window is facing another building wall..no view

It's clean. They have the kitchen and available kitchenwares to use. The location is perfect, with Robinson Ermita, Luneta Park, and Manila Dolomite nearby. Ms. Cynthia was easy to talk to. Everything in the unit is okay for us. I requested to check-in early thru Agoda Messaging thankful Ms. Cynthia were so kind to agree with my request. We just had a hard-time contacting them before check-in and until we checked out. Upon entering the unit, the caretaker told us that the WiFi and Cable were not working until we checked out because there was a problem with the Internet Provider. I hope they informed us ahead of time. :( Mobile Network Signal is so weak inside the room that we need to get outside and stand next to a window near the elevator to send a text or call someone. Take note, don't try to double-lock the door from the inside of the unit. You also need to prepare 100 each for adult, 50 each for kids to pay for "Barangay" as the caretaker told us.
