Not happy with the hotel ”
To go to the reception, you need to call the golf kart that not always available and they never bother to send u you one unless you call many times, however, I called 2 times to repair the AC and till the day I checked out no one attended my call. In addition, called to unlock the bathroom door that was locked from inside, and no one attended my call as well. The hotel location is very far and the taxi charges is very costly to Naama bay however there is a free shuttle 3 times a day. But after that, yiu dont have a choice (uber or careem) at sharm shaikh

The service was horrible the hotel was nice but is old. I would never come back here the manager Ibrahim is very incompetent and does not know what he’s doing!

A pleasant stay..... detailed”
It was a pleasant stay, we stayed for 4 nights in garden view classic room, the scenery was beautiful, th staff were helpful and hospital. Room service was good, only 1 comment on food portion; it is so minimal for what is payed. Everything was clean in the room but during breakfast and dinner in ramses, the staff were always late to clean the tables and we would stand wondering for long time until we can find a clean table. The pool is a wow, so is the cocktails served by it. There is a diving center (camel dive) and watersport booth (shamania) by the beach so you don't need to go out to reserve any trips, I tried them both, they are trust worthy. One con in my journey was my last night on the resort where New loud neighbours have arrived and I found out that the walls between the rooms is paper thin that we couldn't sleep, we could even here their toilet flushes!!!!!!! Not good

the location is nice, but that is so for almost all the hotels on the coast in sharm el sheikh. the staff is not very friendly, the food mediocre (and over priced), service terrible.

Beatiful sea but terrible service”
At arrival, we got a free of charge early check in, when we got to the room the floor was really dirty and we had stains on the sheets, we asked if it was possible to change room but they were unable so they sent housekeeping for a "deep cleaning" they were fast to send they staff though. Breakfast buffet was acceptable quite large variety, breakfast service was really bad, I had to go to the bar and take the cuttlery and cups by myself several times, although the table were supposed to be set by the staff. When asking for coffee or tea they seamed nearly upset. The lobby lounge service was bad, really slow. Mezzaluna restaurant was the worst experience in the hotel, pizza was bad, at least to European/Asian standards, it took us 1 hour 45 minutes to be served for lunch. The grill at seafront was ok, I do not recommend the ceasar salad though, service was better, and the restaurant manager was nice and pleasant. C-Lido at the seafront was good, crepes where nice, and served at our sunbeds very fast. Best value for money lunch in the hotel, I think. At the Asian restaurant Silk Road the food was excellent, service as ussual a bit slow, but worth it, a bit pricey though.
