Underfurnished room and annoying staff.”
The cleaning staff was very lazy, barely doing any work. The cooling system was weak and there was no proper desk or chair in the room. Some of the light fixtures were broken. Worst of all, they kept annoying me to pay for water and soft drinks every time I requested something, instead of letting me pay once upon checkout.

The moment we approached the reception, the receptionist ask our documents such as marriage contract. But the couple next to us was different they didn't ask even single question. I knew that theyre also unmarried couple.

The worst part is hotel staffs,even after paying the full amount of my stay they tried keeping our passports as a deposit by making us fool just because we need to pay 1000 rs for their tourism charge,they did not asked that directly,they asked that they want to xerox it,and through out the stay had been very rude even knowing we have small kids,it’s against the law to keep someone’s passport without their consent ,and they do not even have written policy in the hotel , it was our problem that we had to stay as it was the pick time and hotels were expensive,this hotel know how to take the advantage,the worst hotel I have ever seen ,will never recommend.
