I wasn't really expecting a lot from this hotel. But this hotel really exceeded my expectations. I am a former hotelier in Dubai, I am very familiar to hotel operations. From checking in to checking out, their staff were really accommodating, friendly and helpful. From bell men, front office, F&B and recreations staff. Their smiles are fascinating. Room is spacious, clean, fresh-smelling. Their food at the breakfast buffet is superb as well. They serve different kinds of food. They have mediterranean, filipino foods. Asked the staff if the hotel is a 3-star or 4-star or a boutique. He said as of now, they don't have the stars-rating yet. But HOPEFULLY, you get your accreditation as 3-star or 4-star because the hotel deserves it.

When we entered the hotel, the staff greeted us, checked our temperature and even offered us alcohol. I’m glad that they’re concerned for their customers. The room is spacious (loved the free face mask & having a mini refrigerator inside the room to keep our beverages cold) the facilities are also cleaned and their buffet breakfast was delicious ❤️ we will definitely go back to this hotel! Also i like how their staff is so kind. From the guards, reception, the gym instructor & other staffs their. Great job!❤️

Great design for the place, cozy and a little bit of luxurious ambiance. The check in was quite okay maybe just a little busy because of some events. The floor tiles were nice you can even sleep on it and it does not easily get dirty. The room offers double queen bed which we like a lot. The room and cr is spacious, facilities were great. Though there's a note not to stain the sheet etc which makes me a little tied because I got naughty kids and I need to watch them more. Not a lot of take home complementaries like slippers or soap but they gave free awesome buffet for breakfast and complementary drinks on the pool area. Very good deal.

Relaxing and accessible ”
The hotel is within the city and near the are malls and restaurants.It's clean and spacious and the infinity pool is located in the 5th floor of the hotel.It's a hotel where you can stay and enjoy with your children. Nice one. Staff must be more friendly and accommodating to all visitors and guests next time.

Amazing place”
The hotel staff are very accomodating and polite. The room is spacious for a couple, very clean and we like the smell of the room it's refreshing and relaxing for a tired body. My husband enjoyed our stay. The breakfast has a great choices of food. The facilities are clean and properly in place. We will back soon.

Came too early in the morning and they were too kind to accommodate me and place me in a room with an amazing view of the river. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Hotel is in the center of everything in Iloilo so you can easily explore .

Very memorable stay”
I feel like a princess in the hotel. I was super grateful to the front desk and staff who gave me Advil for my migraine. Kuya Guard was also super nice for getting taxi for me. I loved the room very much, looking forward to book a different room next time. The wifi connection was great. I'm most definitely coming back again.

Exceptional”
We booked two rooms, Superior and Imperial Suite, for an overnight stay, and my family and I were all in agreement that this was one of the best weekends we've ever spent in a hotel. The staff were pleasant and friendly, the food was great, and the rooms were amazing. I'd definitely recommend this place to a friend and will go back later this year.

Generally good experience ”
The location was really convenient since it's only a walk away from restaurants and malls. It's also accessible by public transportation. You can even find a line of taxis right outside the hotel. The staff were generally helpful and friendly and it's a really good value for the money. Only bad experience was that the room we were in was directly beside the pool and bar area, so when staff were talking or playing music, it can be heard clearly inside our room. We can't even open the curtains because it will show us the 'back kitchen' of the bar beside the pool and it will be awkward since the staff can see us from our window. They probably shouldn't have put rooms directly there. Too uncomfortable.

Very accessible to everything in the city. Staff are friendly and rooms are very comfortable. The pool area is big but could use some heating. Water was really cold. Good value for your money.

Exceptional”
Room was spacious and comfortable. On our 1st day, the trash were not collected but succeeding days were okay after my request. Food in the pool area was superb. Buffet breakfast was also okay but need to request for refill since no one checks the food tray. Our kids love the pool, they got to swim everyday. Overall, our experience was GREAT and will surely book here if there is a chance to go back to Iloilo.

Worth our money”
We stayed in Grand Xing Imperial Hotel from Dec 28 to Jan 1. Even though we arrived early (11 a.m.) for our hotel check in of 12n.n. Mr. Kyle in the front desk allowed us to have an early check in & Ms. Meryl accommodated us very well in our convenience to select the food we'll eat for lunch. Everybody in their Flames restaurant was also very warm. We felt very convenient from Day 1 until check out. Rooms were also very well-kept. The lap pool was also very relaxing with the bar at its side for easy order of food. We'll definitely choose this hotel again whenever we are in Iloilo City!!!
