Value for money, good facilities, we swam and enjoyed the restaurant but food was so so only, and the housekeeping was efficient and clean. The hotel staffs are all very warm and professional. Rooms are big and had a clean balcony and enough toiletries and comfy clean bed and a new bath tub and bidet. And the aircon was in good condition. Very good price and fab location, easily walk to BTS train station about 5 minutes, and access to the rest of Bangkok very fast. Beautiful gardens and fountain. Safe and secure with security and staff 24 hours. And there was a safe for us to keep our valuables. Nice view as we stayed at level 25 and level 29. Good neighborhood and safe and quiet. Nearby Dean & Deluca for american breakfast and local food as well. Near Central Embassy if you like high end upclass shopping too.

Great stay at this conveniently located hotel”
We spent 9 nights here at the Grande Centre Point Hotel Ploenchit. The hotel is well located at the top of Wireless Road, with Central Embassy shopping mall and Ploenchit BTS station a short walk away, giving access to all the shopping malls and areas, and the entire length of Sukhumvit Road. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast service, especially the variety of fare on offer. The self serve coffee from bean to cup machines is exceptional, and the friendly and attentive breakfast staff did an amazing job. Our room was a standard deluxe with balcony, was very clean and well equipped, and the huge bed was firm and comfortable. Housekeeping was performed routinely and almost always when we were not present. In fact, all the staff at this hotel, from reception and concierge to housekeeping and restaurant are courteous, professional, and welcoming. It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel because of them. The hotel is listed as five star, however, there is nothing pompous or grande about it (despite the name). It is understated, efficient, clean, functional, and as a guest you are left alone to make use of the facilities and enjoy your stay. This is just how I like it. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay at a well appointed, convenient hotel, in the Siam area of Bangkok. I will choose this hotel again, on my return to Bangkok.

Our first time staying in this hotel and are very pleased with the experience the moment we stepped into the hotel lobby! Room is very clean, breakfast spread is fantastic, location is next to PLOenchit station. It’s very close to Central Embassy (high end mall), walking distance to Erawan and The Mercury Ville where Savoey restaurant is located! Only 1 thing we didn’t like was the noise from the main road.

My wife and I are stayed in this hotel between 13th Oct to 16th Oct 2022. The hotel arranged a surprise decoration on the bed with rose petals for my wife as this is our belated honeymoon trip (due to the pandemic). Thank you to the staff of the hotel for arranging this. The room is big and has a balcony. The lobby area provide free hot drinks (coffee, thai tea...many more) and the wifi signal in the room is very good. Staff are very polite and we felt very at home. I love how the aircon in the room can be adjusted to our preferences and if you want it to be cold, it can be real cold. The morning buffet has alot of varieties of food. Remember to go there early to avoid the crowd. It is very near to BTS (5 mins walk) and about 20-30mins walk to MBK Centre. You can take BTS to MBK Centre which is about 3 stops away i think. Overall, it is an excellent place to stay if you visit Thailand, Bangkok. The only 2 drawbacks are that it is kinda noisy as the main traffic is just beside the hotel. The sliding glassdoor at the balcony does not prevent the traffic sound from coming through. It will be good if the sliding door can be soundproof to block out the traffic sounds. I would suggest to have a curtain to block out the sunlight as the wooden door have adjustable panels which cannot really block out any sunlight if trying to sleep late. We will still come back and stay if the price per night is as the same as what we had paid for. It is well worth the price for a 5* hotel.

This is my second time here. The staff are polite and helpful. The room is clean and spacious with a big balcony. The breakfast is fantastic with so many choices. The Location is really great, it is near Pleon Chit BTS station, just a few minutes' walk to the hotel. Moreover, there are many shopping malls and famous restaurants nearby. Definitely will come again!

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is in a great location as near to BTS station. Some might find negotiating the steps to or from the hotel to be a problem but by walking a little further down there is a bridge that connects to a building where you could take the escalator. The room was clean and surprisingly not too noisy although it faced the main road. The rooms does not have curtains but uses wooden slats instead and so does not block out the light in the day time. Also the slats kept opening by itself and had to use a toothpick to secure it. Breakfast is the usual fare with a wide selection.

The rooms were nice, nothing fancy but they were clean and have free minibar. Our room initially had a clogged bathroom and when they cannot rectify it, we were immediately transferred to a different room. No much of a hassle. The breakfast selection is small but pretty good. Coffee is available 7am-7pm for free via a coffee machine by the lobby. The balcony was a nice place to chill, especially if youre missing the busy vibe of bangkok. Location wise, its a stone throw from pleonchit station which gives a good alternative to the non-meter charging taxis of bangkok.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, the king bed and the balcony were beautiful, and the air conditioning worked great. It was very close to good restaurants and public transportation - both bus and trains were within a short walk. My favorite part was the pool though - it’s not heated, but that’s exactly what I needed after a hot day to cool down. There is a bubble pool that was very fun and felt great on tired feet and the city view from the pool was breathtaking. The pool attendant on May 8 and 9 was so kind and helpful - he made us feel very welcome. We’d definitely stay at this hotel again.

After fighting traffic for hours from the airport and driving through some interesting areas was very happy and pleasantly surprised to have this gem at the end of the road. Lobby was clean, bright and filled with friendly and helpful staff. Room is spacious, bed very comfy. Room service refreshing and elevator that can move quickly, let's not to forget about the wonderful mall within walking distance for food, goods and window shopping. Good location for shopping malls but no alcohol is served in this hotel.”
We picked this hotel because of its prime location and price which was very reasonable at the time of booking. The room we chose had a kitchen and even a washer/dryer so after a hot sweaty day out, you can just chuck it in the wash and have fresh clean clothes ready for the next day again. Our room was always clean with 4 new water bottles and snacks topped up for us. The bad part about the bedroom is that their window blinds does not make the room pitch black. When the sun comes up, the room can be very bright so it wasn't good for anyone who don't usually wake up in the morning. The aircon machines can be quite noisy too. We also noticed that this hotel does not serve alcohol in any of the floors so on days that you don't fancy heading out and maybe just want to relax by the pool, if you fancy drinking any alcohol, you would still have to head out to the shops and bring it back which we found a bit annoying. This is a great hotel in a central location, very close to bts sky train. Only a couple of stops from all the major shopping malls. We would be happy to stay here again.

Have been staying here 3 times since 2019. Location is great. Clean and big rooms. I noticed minor upgrades to toilet (automated bidet systems). Housekeeping ”
We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. Housekeeping never replenish the toiletries on the second day. We purposely placed the empty body wash bottle and other emptied toiletries together with the tips(money) on the table on the third day morning. The housekeeper took the money and left the empty bottles on the table!! They also didn’t place clean towel back to bathroom. End up we need to call the housekeeping at night and get the towel and toiletries. Hope this can be improved.

It had been a delightful stay for my family! We like the spaciousness, good location (easy access to Central Embassy and Phloen Chit BTS - one downside is the flight of stairs to/fro the skywalk, BTS and mall, particularly inconvenient on rainy days), relaxing treatments @ the spa on-site and check-in/out and refund of (cash) deposit was a breeze. It would be great: (a) to have the leakage under the sink in bathroom 1 with unserviceable bidet toilet seat in bathroom 2 fixed and (b) to provide tissue box in each bedroom, on top of the one @ the living room. Will return if we visit BKK.
