Can't beat their location”
Amazing location. Connected indoors to Asok station, Terminal 21 mall and only a few steps away from Sukhumvit station. Might be a little bit far from the palace or Wat Pho but the hotel is easy to travel from. They offer luggage storage service after check out which was super convenient for us. Staff at the concierge were so nice and very accommodating. We asked them to call us a cab to go visit the weekend market but they recommended taking the train which was a very much wise decision. The pool was very clean, well taken care of. The tennis court wasn't exactly what I saw in the pictures but the experience was still worthwhile The rackets that they lend you are a bit old, so if you're an avid tennis player you might want to bring your own rackets We arrived at the hotel in the evening and having the mall connected to the hotel was a major plus since we needed to buy some stuff for the rest of our trip. The TV had a bunch of non-Thai international channels which was superb! The food at the breakfast buffet ran out fast and it took some time for the food to fill back up. Would definitely visit again but I might pass on the breakfast.

Excellent location, big and clean room”
The location of the hotel is excellent, convenient to go any places, worth every penny paid. It has three entrances, one is hotel main lobby, one connected to sheltered skybridge which you can walk to Asok BTS , don’t need to worry sun or rain. Another entrance is linked to Terminal 21 shopping mall, that has clothes shop, watson, massage outlet and there is one food court at level 5 where you can get cheap and delicious Thai food! The room is spacious, equipped with smart TV, motorised roller blind, fridge, microwave, smart electric toilet bidet. The water kettle is clean. Free minerals water and snack everyday. Only small issue is that the bed is abit sagging at the side when you sit on it, but overall still comfortable to sleep. The bed has rollers so it will move abit when you get into or get out from the bed. But I like they give two pillows :) Will definitely stay back this hotel when I go to Bangkok next time and recommend to my friends!

Perfect ”
Second time stay in this hotel and it’s still perfect. Nothing bad to comment. They have the facilities that you need , cleanliness and service are good. The breakfast buffet has many variety but u have to queue if u go there around 8am , can be quite sick if u eat it constantly for breakfast everyday although they change the menu everyday. Location is perfect too. Free drinks at the lobby. I will choose it even if it’s the third time visit. Is best hotel I stay so far when I travel to any country

Great hotel and location”
Stayed a total of 6 nights over the Christmas and New Year holiday. Fantastic location with very convenient access to the MRT and BTS. Staff was very attentive, breakfast super tasty, and the entire facility exceptionally clean. Concierge was very helpful at explaining the rail system and how to navigate our way through Bangkok. Would definitely stay again.

Location excellent as u have bts & mrt right in front of doorsteps . But the bed we have somewhat feels itchy everytime i slept on it . Everyday the cleaner forgets something in our room . One day only gave us 2 bottles instead of 4 mineral water . Few days no packet drink . 1 day no shower cap . Have to remind them to be more consistent

Great hotel, highly recommend it”
I stayed in this hotel for my quarantine and pcr test. After check in I was taken straight for my pcr test, it was a very swift and efficient service. I had everything I needed whilst I had to wait for my results. There was a choice of 4 meals for quarantine included in the room price. Was fed a delicious dinner and breakfast. You can order other food 24 hours a day if you wish, but I honestly didn’t need to. Very comfortable, clean room with a big bathroom. Shower and bath. Had ironing facilities and a microwave. Cable tv to watch live premier league football. After my negative result I was allowed out the room to use the facilities on the 8th floor. Good gym, stunning infinity swimming pool, sauna, steam room. It’s also joined to the shopping mall Terminal 21, which is one of my favourites. Excellent retail. Every single member of staff were excellent at their jobs and friendly with good English spoken, they all helped me have an enjoyable stay. In my top 5 hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Really good value for money with an excellent service. What more could you want? I will definitely be staying there again

The best location”
Excellent top quality hotel in the absolute best location above Terminal 21 shopping mall, with links to both Asok BTS Station and Sukhumvit underground station. Helpful polite staff, brilliant clean facilities, plenty of breakfast selection and a lovely swimming pool to relax around after a busy day in the city. The neighbourhood is busy with lots of restaurants and street food available nearby.

A medical accident acted on fast.. ”
+ Rooms were ultra clean, white motif, with 2 auto blinds that worked fantastic + Obviously, you stay here for its connection to the Terminal 21 Mall which is just so convenient + Being a family with young kids with an early arrival to Bkk, I am very thankful for their effort to afford me an early check-in for one of my rooms, and to adhere to my request that the rooms be placed near each other + Gym, pool, all the usual good stuff, plus a basic child's playroom which again, plus points + Wide lobby area, with welcome drinks, comfy sofas, concierge immediately taking your bags as you get off your airport transfer ride. Not saying you need to be treated like royalty but after a 4, 5 hour plane ride, waking up early and not having enough sleep, travelling with young children, these little things matter + Very helpful concierge with booking taxi services + Terminal 21 mall has all the food & beverage tenants you can handle, plus a full grocery, drugstores, and multitude of retail shops Now, for the main and most appreciated moment during my quick just 1 night stay in the hotel (which was due to some circumstances) My youngest toddler was being her usual playful self when she accidentally jumped off the bed, hit her head and cheeks on the wall and table and endured a real bad cut on her eyebrows and bleeding on her cheeks. (We were in the other room, unfortunately, and the Nanny failed to supervise her properly). My wife's motherly instincts all kicked in and proceeded to perform the shushing of the child, cleaning her while applying gentle care, and I, on the other hand, immediately called the operator to get assistance from any inhouse nurse or clinic. After 2 minutes, a gentleman appeared with a lady member of the staff, quick to action, and was on hand with everything. Our boys love this hotel the most is excellent location. Terminal 21 right next door. MRT and BTS also shops and inexpensive food center in terminal 21 which is the best. The pool and gym was very good love it. I would recommend to anyone who want high end place and we enjoy every minute of it.

Solo 1st Time in Thailand”
Terminal 21's rooms were spacious and clean. Housekeeping was perfect each day. The automatic blind and blackout shade were nice. You can stop them at any point by pressing the direction again. Extra towels to the room in 5 minutes. Maintenance to the room in 5 minutes. Put a piece of paper in the microwave door, otherwise the glow from the clock can be distracting. Easier and cheaper for me to get fresh fruit and breakfast from street vendors outside hotel than do the $15 breakfast. Don't go to the SuperRich money exchange right outside the hotel on the 2nd floor. Long lines. Go across the street or across the street and around the corner for no wait exchanges. Google search. The free snacks, coke and juice are replenished each day. If you don't use them, hide them and you'll the hotel will replace them. It was handy to have the mall right beneath the hotel. But, you could easily stay for half the price at a nearby hotel. Guest friendly. Leaving a guest's ID at the front desk was no hassle at all. So many great food options just outside the hotel. I enjoyed my stay but would probably chose a less expensive stay nearby next trip.

We have stayed here several times, each time with our son's family. Every aspect of the hotel is A+! I'm a retired school teacher, so I have to spend our money carefully, but this hotel was worth the cost. Comfortable, clean, great staff at all levels, super b'fast, top location. First time in Bangkok”
Hotel is great. We have book 2 rooms, grande deluxe and grande triple rooms. The rooms are big. Cleanliness is great. The floors are tiles so there are some stains that I think cannot be cleaned anymore. Lot to see and eat at Terminal21, mall at the same building with hotel. If you love City life, you love here.

happy to get upgraded from deluxe twin room to a beautiful suite with lots of window view, washing machine with dry function and mini kitchen. room is clean, 4 bottles of water and washing powder provided. gym room is spacious, there is also separate yoga room if you wish to practice yoga. jacuzzi is just ok, water is just lukewarm. sauna and steam room is good and spacious. swimming pool view is beautiful (city view), semi-infinity pool design. buffet breakfast is ok, was expecting much more food choice, restaurant is also smaller than expected, need to queue at non peak time. location very convenient, next to bts and mrt station, and connected to shopping mall. staff is nice and friendly.

Great location”
Situated at Asok BTS with access from station or shopping mall. Rooms are quite spacious with large windows offering plenty of light. A/C is great as the room cools quickly after returning from the BKK heat. Concierge team is TOP NOTCH! always greeted with a smile and takes initiative to get you what you need. One gent spent about 15-20mins trying to flag down a taxi for us after many refused to go where we wanted. And they always made sure the taxi drivers used the meter. Housekeeping team on the other hand has room for improvement. Although the room was generally well cleaned, he/she always forgot to replace the slippers and bathrobes. Once forgetting to empty the trash can underneath the kitchenette sink. Also, more showing amenities should be provided for 2 guest. We only 1 received 1 small tube of each (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel & lotion). Not being greedy but 1 set isn't enough for 2 people... especially shampoo. This is my second time staying here and I will certainly be back.

This was my second stay at this hotel this year. Affordable prices, clean and well-maintained facilities, friendly and kind staff and good service. Besides, BTS and MRT are located, so transportation is very convenient. Personally, I really liked the pool of this hotel. I'll stay again on next visit.

My hotel stay at Grande Centrepoint Terminal 21”
Grande Centrepoint's location is simply fantastic as it is linked to Terminal 21 shopping centre. Lots of food, clothes, shopping etc It is also linked to BTS Asoke station so travel to everywhere is very convenient. The hotel has very good facilities like spa, sauna besides the swimming pool. Staff is friendly and service is good. They will gladly advise and hail a taxi for guests anytime. I will definitely choose this hotel the next round my family is in Bkk. In fact, we have stayed there a couple of times already.
