It was a great mistake, a disaster &amp; a miserable stay for my family”

Nothing at all
1- sanitary maintenance is so poor as just opening the tab was broken in my daughter ‘s hand &amp; they charged us for their fault. 2- cleanliness is so poor as the bed coverings are not changed daily &amp; I found one insect there. 3- bathroom door’s knob was broken from outside. 4- the staff are not qualified at all for maintaining any problem, they’re only collecting money while no good service in return. For that I’ll never think to revisit this accommodation in the future , they really failed to motivate any booking customer to get back to them.

Good location but very busy. Beds are big, spacious for a family. But staff are very rude.
Well the staff was very rude to another customer upon my checkin, swearing and very high rude voice. Rooms were good. Floors were very dirty full of dust. I had to clean myself. One of the fan was not working properly. Very old oven. Old refrigerator. No parking, took me 1 hour and half to park properly!!! It has a good location but very very busy place.

Location and size of the unit were great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The apartment had two air conditions and comfortable furniture. Also walking distance from all the stores and the beach. very safe and not noisy comparing with the rest of Matrouh.
The unit is just missing some essential equipment to make the vacation more enjoyable. i.e need to add Microwave and better kitchenware. The unit need to be checked before renting it since it was missing some things that had to be added after we checked in. Should provide clean towels and new bed sheets on day one.

- friendly staff - good location
- cleanness wasn&#39;t as expected, just try to make what you can see looks clean. - just one elevator which makes you wait sometimes - the street is too noisy - inner rooms have no curtains at all which makes it exposed to neigbours, after complaining just one curtain was installed at the second day.
