Great location ”

Good walking distance to town center and just across the Yogurt house. Our room was fairly new so it was clean. You can use the kitchen at the basement to cook. And I recommend doing that esp for large families. Food generally in Sagada is blah and overly priced. Staff is nice, don't expect them to be at your beck and call though, it's not a hotel - and place is for budget travellers!! Downside: Room was fairly new so it still doesn't have TV, no mirror, no water heater (not functional). No wifi at the 3rd floor ao you have to go down to connect but it's still spotty. These weren't deal breakers for us though because we went there to have agreat adventure and not watch TV and/or access FB. We came prepared (given our past experiences) so we also brought cooking and heating stuff and not rely on the landlord's appliances. :).

Authentic accomodation”

Located on the main road of Sagada, which means some noise and jeepney fumes, but some windows are facing away from the street and rooms are quiet. Owner is present in the shop downstairs, which makes it easy for getting the keys. Nice cafe/restaurant just across the street, short walk to bus and tourist guide agencies. The bathroom is basic and gets quite busy when the house is full. Saw insects there - take it as it's an old authentic house and comes with it, it wasn't a big problem.

Good value for money!”

We stayed at this place for 2 nights and overall, it's GREAT except that hot shower isn't working in our room so taking a bath is a REAL struggle considering the weather in Sagada.

Quaint, on main road, accessible ”

Beds were good, compared to other hotels in Banaue we stayed at, iys good

Good stay. However, risk of them not getting your reservation thru agoda if Internet is down like they gave away our family room, good thing they have other rooms but if fully booked, i wonder what could have happened. Not having regular Internet access is not an excuse. They should have someone in the city check for them and call them for new reservations

Basic accomodation, centrally located”

Pros- centrally located, walking distance to the tourist information center where you organise your tours,, parking space available, lots of restaurants and shops in the area Cons- depends on what you’ll get, the stairs are steep going to the room, not really easy for elderly ( but then again, it’s a mountain area, we expected the ‘climb’

Staff did not bother to register or even ask our name, just showed our room and left. I have to ask for the key, I have to ask for towels. Place not secure, anybody can go in the unlocked front door. Stairs need to be lighted, very dark.
