We had a wonderful holiday at Grandvrio, the room is very convenient , clean. Everything here is very clean, especially swimming pool. We enjoyed very much : Kid clubs, large Japanese bath, 3 styles of breakfast , swimming pool and the private beach. Staff is very warm welcomed , also we impressed with the manager Mr Japanese who we see him everywhere around the resort, taking care of the guests with very professional services . Only two cons... The rest was perfection”
The staff was friendly and the facilities were great. The beach in particular was perfection we also loved the pool and the Japanese large bath complete with sauna. The Grand Deluxe room was spacious and beautiful. The location was not far from Hoi An old town so we could go out at night. The only two downsides were. 1. The minibar(mini fridge) was not cold enough. The beer in it was lukewarm so we had to order ice to keep it cool. 2. Nothing outside the gates. There was nowhere to go to right outside the gates though really there is not really much need to go out. But I guess this is true of most resorts

Just back from a fantastic 4D3N stay in this wonderful hotel. I’m travelling with my 3-year-old kid. All staff members here love kids. They have a very nice kids club with a colourful playground outside which features a sand pool. The spa is very reasonably priced and the treatments are very nice! Inside the spa centre, there is even an onsen which is free!!! The free breakfast is nice and you can choose to enjoy it in the Asian restaurant or on the private beach which is super clean and quiet. I relaxed myself on the hammock, enjoying the sound of the ocean. And the hotel offers “free sunrise and sunset yoga class”. I chose the sunrise yoga class and it was such an amazing experience! To conclude, I highly recommend this lovely hotel to you, especially if you are travelling with kids. All staff go the extra mile to make your stay a perfect and unforgettable one. For the location, although its location is quite far away from Da nang city, just in between Da nang city and Hui An, the hotel provides free shuttle bus daily, which is quite convenient. For the service, I really appreciate their staff's profession. They are polite and helpful and helped us to call the local tour agency at night as well. Moreover, the hotel provides different free courses including Yoga, kick boxing, workout etc. and free access to the swimming pool as well. For the food, the hotel has 3 restaurants providing free breakfast. All these 3 restaurants' breakfast have great quality and quantity. I will give a 5 stars on that. For the amenities, they have gym room, swimming pool and private beach, which are very convenient and comfortable.

It is located between Danang and Hoian and they run shuttle bus so don't worry. We reserved pool villa and it was really cozy, quite, and beautiful. The room condition was nice and no problem at all. But there are something bothering. Not a big deal but if it get better, then more perfect. First, lights in the bedroom(living room and bathroom's lights were nice)were too smooth and weak so it was a bit uncomfortable. Second, the water pressure of toilet was weak. These two things were bad and th others was perfect so no need to complain. Everyone in the resort was kind and lovely and service was absolutely fantastic. Just enjoy your trip in this resort!

Excellent staff with sincere service. Nice breakfast with wide variety of choice free shuttle to danang city centre and Hoi an I upgrade the package to the one with spa service spa is really relaxing but one point to note..better change the VND in elsewhere the exchange rate in resort is not good

I stayed pool villa for 2 days and it was charming experience We recieved detail infos about resort facilities and room service from lobby so it was easy to use everything Room was neat and wide, house keeping steps checked for every details for managements everyday Villa pool water was a bit cold but whatever, It's a PRIVATE pool :) Resort's main pool was also astonishing so we had beautiful time You can also take suttle bus heading to Hoi-an old town

For the location, although it is a little bit far - in between Da nang city and Hoi An, the hotel provides free shuttle, so it is quite convenient For the staff, I really appreciate their profession. They are really friendly and helpful. I remembered they helped us to call the local tour agency at night and also reconfirm the booking with them. The hotel also provides some service like "Guzheng" performance which really lovely. Moreover, they provide free courses daily, like Yoga, kick-boxing etc. so it is quite good to spend time in this hotel For the facilities, we can have free access to the swimming pool and the private beach. For the breakfast, which I will give 5 stars on that. There are 3 restaurants providing different style of free breakfast. All of them are in amazing quality and quantity.

I was so satisfied for my 2 days stay, overall hotel are well maintain! Especially all employee service artifice well trained, they smile and greet everywhere you go. A male staff name “Thuy” (not sure spell correctly) has done a marvelous job during my check in until check out, he deserved a promotion! Enjoy fullest with the spa treatment. As well for all the restaurant, best breakfast choice for Asian cuisine restaurant. Downside is the private beach view not so fascinating and quite dirty when walk along the beach side, maybe the weather caused it. Hotel shuttle bus schedule not so convenient for me, but it still good for the location point to point. Overall, I will definitely stay again for next visit.
