A midway home”
When in Davao City, check this hotel. The room I had has a view of the street and I appreciate it because I am use to having a back view and sometimes no window at all.

Good location, clean but lacking in facilities”
Good location, near everything you need while traveling in the area. Clean room also. But they don’t offer breakfast for online booking like Agoda, no option to pay. You have to go outside, but restos and fastfood are just nearby. For business travellers who need official receipt and guest folio, they won’t issue these docs. You just need to rely on the Agoda docs. What I did was to request for a certification, which they issued when I checked out.

Towels weren't clean”
Everything's good except for the towels were not clean. it had pubic hairs. very disgusting. good thing i brought a personal towel. left their towels on the floor to make them clean/wash it for sure.

Hotel not for business traveler”
As a business traveler your expectations are definitely not met at this hotel...bathroom not clean, old looking bath mat (rug)...holes in sheets. Rooms and bedding do not look like pictures. Hotel needs a refresh. Must pay a lot more for refrigerator.

good enough hotel but you can find better value elsewhere. I paid Php1500++ for their smallest room with a double bed that seemed smaller than the standard size. the room is clean enough but I can't say that it was meticulously cleaned. First, I noticed that they use thin sheets for the bed and cheap pillows. Second, the linen was not as clean as it should be because there was dried up snot stuck to it. Internet /wifi was spotty and not very fast. On my first day, they gave me a green mat and a spotted bathmat that seemed of questionable cleanliness. I had them replaced and only when I asked for it did they give me nicer thicker white bath mats. For the same price, I could get breakfast at other davao hotels, but, here, breakfast was not included. For a neatfreak like me, all in all, it wasn't that bad, but it wasn't that good either.

New place to stay in the heart of Davao with the superb ambiance and convenient location...”
...the feel of the place is warm..Upon arriving u will notice the clean and fresh lime scent ...u feel comfortable and safe with the place being at the heart of the city--with several malls nearby. the 7 Eleven store at the ground floor also made it convenient for solo travelers to buy some items needed. The room is clean with the basic amenities...the food in their resto is very ok. My thumbs up! I will definitely come back! It will be my new home in Davao!

Good stay for a good price”
It was a last minute plan to stay in the city and decided to look for a decent place to stay at an affordable price, and daw this hotel online. It was great choice to stay here. Very accessible to different restaurants for a short walk. A convenience store and a coffee shop/ resto is right at the ground floor for your additional convenience as well. The room was good, together with the sheets. A little improvement is needed for the towels though because it seemed old. The staff were great and friendly so it made my stay good overall.

Good Location”
Location is Perfect. Right at the heart of davao city. It has 711, which is very convenient if you have to buy some stuff. Malls are walking distance. Or a short taxi/jeepney ride for 5 mins. The hotel has a cafe/resto. Though I havent dined there. 2 Things. The bed is not soft. The water pressure for the shower is ridiculously slow. I removed the shower head just so I could more water.

the hotel staff was great, very helpful, though housekeeping could have been more at times consistent with keeping the room with more shower floor mates, sometimes hit or miss, room was comfortable, clean. The front desk personnel always helpful and very knowledgeable. the restaurant " tiggos" attached to hotel, the food was not bad but they were very inconsistent with their portions and found a thumb tack in my fiancées food. After that we never ate there again.

Worth the money! It's a new hotel, facilities are new, room was clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Location is wise. Very near Abreeza Mall and G mall. Staff were friendly and helpful. Though we had issues on breakfast, since its indicated in the Agoda voucher that its for 2 adults, yet hotel staff said its only for 1 person for breakfast. We had to pay for 1 breakfast. Have to recheck and reconfirm voucher especially on inclusion of breakfast.

Worth it but staff was rude and unprofessional”
It's not our first time to stay in this hotel but the most recent one we had was very frustrating. We were given room 301 (family room) and the key was disfunctional. We spent more than 30 minutes outside the room for the key cant open the door, the receptionist made me came up and down the elevator just to get another key but it was not successful neither. Then finally they given us a manual key which i fetched in the lobby only to found out that the key hole was covered so i went down again to get assitance. We were getting impatient for we have kids with us and when we looked for the manager there was no one in sight. The receptionist didnt have the courtesy to call us that the manager havent returned yet. Aside from the location which is already excellent, receptionist really needs to undergo csr seminar on how to handle complaints and how to follow through with it.
