Great homestay with awesome hosts”
This is a family-affair home-stay business. The hosts are friendly, decent and kind people. The sister showed us how to get in to town by getting us to follow her on our hired motorcycle. They have free bicycles so although we're not next to the market centre, a cycle in is easy and the motorcycle hire is there if you wish to go further afield, like the local beach. The free bicycle in Hoi An makes the world of difference because you don't have to worry about finding a taxi after dinner or getting ripped off by tour companies. The home-stay is in a quiet location, is newly refurbished by father and son with really neat stonework. Exploring the upper levels we found a gorgeous rooftop courtyard for privacy and relaxation. Our hosts went out of their way to accommodate our needs without expecting anything in return. This is a rarity anywhere in the world - they really enjoy their guests. We loved our room, it was better than our more expensive hotel room in Saigon. Plenty of space, a nice little balcony and a lovely big bath. The service here is super and if you're reading this, then you would be well advised to make this your accommodation choice for Hoi An!!

We had amazing stay in Green Grass homestay. The room was clean, big, with balcony. The location is about 20 minutes walk to the centre and 3 minutes walk to the bus station for Da Nang. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We love this place!”
Great location, a walk away from old town, super peaceful. They did a full service of the bike before we rented. The standard double room was really clean and super good value for money - the same price as a normal dorm . AND when we realised that we’d left our passports behind (on a bus on the way to hanoi) they were so helpful on the phone, spoke to the driver and chased the bus down on a bike to give them back to us!! Saved our lives we love this Homestay, highly recommend on all fronts.

Budget no frills homestay ”
Cheap, decent homestay in a nice suburb of Hoi An. My room was small, comfortable bed, decent shower. Cleaning was a bit haphazard and had to be requested. Terrace is beautiful with afternoon breeze. The owners are nice enough but feels like a business for sure. Would have been nice to have more "homestay" offerings such as dinner at home.

Quite, clean room, nice stuff and cosy matresses ”
We stayed one week, because we liked the homestay so much. Family with a cute child, they invited us to celebrate birthday with the whole family. Tasty breakfast, bikes for rent for 1 dollar/day. With the bike you can ride to the beach side easily. Nice and quite neighborhood. Perfekt to relaxe. My favourite is mattress..its not that hard :) Fully recommend this nice homestay! Thank you

Good spot far from the Old Quarter”
This place had good facilities, including free bicycle rental, fast laundry service, and a good balcony to chill on. It was far from the Old Quarter, but we liked that. The public bus station (Hoi An to Da Nang) is just down the road from here. This hotel has a good location in between the Old Quarter and the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful, and even gave us a ride to the public bus station. We enjoyed our stay here.

Tidy home stay just out of the town centre”
Was happy I chose this guest house , at the start I was worried it might be to far out of town but they supply you with bikes for free . It's a nice 15min bike to an bang beach and 6 mins into town or you can walk at night and it takes 20mins . I got the standard double room which is a good size . The room was clean and the area was quiet. I would stay here again.

Bad location”
We stayed here for three nights. The staff is very attentive although they can be a little pushy when trying to get to buy their tours. They included a basic breakfast for free for us. The bad: they only did the bathroom the day we arrived. They didn't make the beds the last day at all, just made it look neater. Location: 20-25 minutes walking distance from Hoi An old quarter which can be unconfortable at night. I think this is an average hotel.

The hotel located between Cua Dai port, An Bang beach and HoiAn old town so it's easily to move to thee places. There're a gas station, bus terminal and a small grocery which is closed-late nearby.

Nice place, but don’t hire bikes here”
Decent Guesthouse, no doubt about that. But hiring bikes here went bad for us, because one of our locks didn’t open again. So the way back to the hostel was kind of hard to manage with two big guys on one wrecked down hostel bike. Besides that we were asked to go back around 8.00 in the morning to the place where we had to leave the bike the night before. After cutting the lock my job finally was to bike it back to the Guesthouse. Sadly the pedal fell off and so I was forced to walk it the whole way back. Not that I overvalue unique events like this. It happens. But I was very surprised, when the management insisted in charging us for the bikes. All efforts to make them understand our point of view failed.

Very helpful staff”
Our room was on the top floor with balcony, really nice. We had to stay longer because we got ill and the lady from reception was very helpful and called the doctor for us and made us rice. When we arrived we wanted to take the free bikes to go into town but the lady told us there weren't any left so we had to walk. But all the other days we were able to take the bikes.

Location was really not great. Quite a long walk from the old town and anything exciting. The staff was very helpful, let us in early when we arrived on the night bus. We couldn’t have our rooms but they were happy to let us sleep on the couch in the lobby! The rooms were clean and comfortable.

It was little far from old town but it is close enough to go by bicycle. We stayed there for 2 night and had a lovely time in Hoian. We will go back there when we come back

Booked through Agoda. Shortly afterwards received an email from the property reconfirming our booking and offering airport pickup. We were motorcycling into town so responded as such and arrived at 5:30ish. They said they didn't have a booking for us and Agoda didn't notify them of our booking. They didn't offer to find us something comparable nearby but recommended one almost twice the price. She was friendly enough but didn't help rectify the issue. We found ourselves another place around the corner which was the same price but included breakfast and was amazing. We didn't stay here

Great stay in a lovely and clean place ”
Our stay was pleasant. As already mentioned, the bicycles were great and the location is good, as well. It is not directly in the city but only a 5 minute drive with the bikes away. The owners are a little bit pushy concerning their meals but if you say no it is fine with them.

The manager/owner will try to overcharge you about 25% if she books a bus for you (example: 368k instead of 290k). Just book through the official bus company office, or even better, just don't go to Vietnam, it's a waste of money and time. The room smells like mold and in the morning the roosters outside are very loud.
