Everything was perfect, the host, the room, the bike... just A little outside of the center but 10 minutes by bicycle and you are in the heart of Hoi An, we ha e enjoyed our bike ride . I recommend the homestay

Very Dissatisfied”
We booked a room for three weeks and after only six nights we were told that they had booked our room to someone else and we would have to move to another room with no balcony. The room that we were in was already so small that we didn't want to stay. The balcony was so small that it was difficult for two people because of the large plant they put on it. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. When they told us that we would have to move we booked at another homestay and they would not refund our money that we had paid for the full three weeks. I have personally worked for a large hotel chain and we would never have done this to one of our customers. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone! But if you decide to stay here I would recommend you book for one night and if any longer then verify that they won't book your room to someone else.

Amazing stay!!”
We had an amazing stay at Greenhouse homestay! The staff were outstanding- so friendly, helpful and kind. They gave us advice to where to visit as well as detailed directions on how to get there. They constantly tried to make us as comfortable as possible and even prepared breakfast for us every morning :) we were able to check in at 7am after an overnight bus, despite usual check in being at 2pm, with no extra cost. The cleanliness is excellent the shower could be hot or cold with strong water pressure, and the room was large with a very comfortable bed. The air con was good and we were very comfortable. The free bikes were in great condition and it was a short ride to both the town and beach- 10 mins or less. The roads around the homestay are nice to cycle on as they are not busy, so we felt a lot safer than when we have previously when cycling in Vietnam! The breakfasts they offer are also lsuperb :)

Exceptional”
We enjoyed our few days here. They bicycles they provide are very nice and handy to have. We loved the very affordable cooking class we took with them, so much food. We would stay here again and I would suggest this place to my friends and family as well.

Great place”
This place is really nice, clean and good sized rooms. They have bicycles for you to use free of charge which are really handy. It takes around 10/15 mins to cycle in to the old town centre. The woman who runs it is really nice and helpful.

Great place & friendly family to welcome us”
Breakfast was delcious. Try the pineapple pancakes yum yum. 15mins on a bicycle to either Ancient town or the beach.

Helpful and Accommodating”
We arrived early in the morning, our room was free, so they let us check in right away after a long over night journey. The free bikes, which are in decent shape, are a convenient way to get around the town. Large, delicious breakfast. Highly recommended!

Lovely staff”
Had a lovely stay here, the family were so welcoming they'd go out of their way to help with anything. The room was nice and the aircon worked well. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Clean and Bright”
Nice little hotel, not completely central but within walking distance to beach/restaurants, very clean and nicely furnished with big bright windows. Reception staff didn't speak much English but we had no trouble communicating with the help of google translate! They tried hard to accommodate us and we were well looked after.

Lovely family who were constantly looking after us”
Very clean, excellent WiFi and air con. Good size room and comfortable beds. We borrowed bikes (no cost) and they supplied us with free tea and water melon every time we came back. Very friendly family who helped organise competitively priced buses and tours for us. Cons: no view from our window - this didn't bother us. The snorkelling tour was crowded and we couldn't swim due to too many jellyfish. Coral has been severely damaged and only saw 1 fish!! This was a public tour - not organised by the hostel but arranged by them - I wouldn't recommend this tour. I would highly recommend this homestay as its excellent value for money, extremely friendly & helpful and very clean.

Amazing stay!! ”
Very welcoming and homely place to stay, the room was big and very clean. The family were so friendly and helpful, they advised us on the places to go and see, gave us free use of bicycles, fed us amazing breakfast which had no set time and was free!! Very short cycle away from the old town and a bit further in the opposite direction to the beach. Also very helpful in hiring a motorbike if you want to go further out of town. Lovely stay with nothing to fault. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to hoi an.

Everything perfect!”
Super friendly family with a modern, peaceful and very clean house. Everyone was more than helpful and one girl with really good English knowledge is working there. Everything was perfect, the rooms, breakfast and location. It's around 1km to the local bus station and between the beach and the old town. The family let us use their bicycles to get around - thanks!

this is a great hotel. Admittedly a bit far from the old town but bikes are available and it is ideal if you want to go to the beach. the staff is truly exceptional and will offer coffee, tea and fruit to your return trips. do not hesitate to ask them to prepare you a Vietnamese dinner you will love. It's great and very quiet

Comme à la maison mais en mieux!”
Nous avons finalement passé 7 jours dans ce homestay. Le personnel est adorable, aux petits soins pour nous, non seulement ils s'occupent de nous mais on a aussi pu participer à un repas de dévut de Têt avec eux et à une après midi pancakes comme des membres de la famille. Les vélos sont en parfait état et on arrive très vite au centre ville. Le lieu est hyper calme. Le meilleur hôtel de notre séjour en Asie pour le moment! Courez-y!
