Great resort if it was well maintained”

Very disappointed. No wifi. Pool dirty. Sink broken, leaking or no water at all. Checked three rooms before accepting one. Asked for it to be cleaned as it has not been used for a long time ... dusty and smelly. Less than 50% of food available from the menu ... Great staff trying to help but the owner is not keeping the place maintained. The pool has never been cleaned, all water green. Really, not a place to stay despite the great location.

Great secluded location”

Pool, location, staff

Staff were great, pool is awesome. Has some daily visitors but does not detract from experience. Early morning music needs to be controlled but once asked staff were happy to turn it down.

Friendly,quiet relaxing atmosphere”

Quiet; friendly; safe environment

I was apprehensive at first to stay at this hotel since it is out of nowhere and so quiet( I'm 89 yrs. old with my 65 yr. old daughter and driver). But the Staffs were so assuring and put our minds at rest after explaining that there is a 24hr. security and Staffs are also housed in the compound. Staffs go out of their ways to accommodate our requests and just putting out our head at the door , they came running in and ask what we need. Great swimming pool! Breakfast was great but could have been better if it was a buffet style. The down side of it is, they could improve their bathroom utilities and NO HOT Water! Otherwise, I will definitely come back and tell my relatives and friends about it. Keep up the good works ,Guys!

Sanitaires lamentables, pas d'eau chaude, draps non changés entre chaque client, infiltrations d'eau de pluie passent à travers le plafond,, bref surtout ne pas y aller et réserver
