Spacious room,a bit far from Miyazaki station but convini (seven eleven &Family mart),coin laundry,shopping near by,bus to the airport,or almost anywhere are available from near by bus stop. If u are in the rooms facing to the river sunrise and sunset are amazing along Oyodo river view!!

Would NOT recommend to stay there”

The room we were given was disgusting. Filthy carpet, paint and wall paper peeling off the walls and ceiling,broken furniture no internet/wifi as was advertised., damp spots on the ceiling and ill fitting bathroom cabinetry. We requested another room and was given one, but said room wasn't much better than the first. We have the photo's to prove what we are saying is correct and are quite happy to post them should need be.

A decent place”

The Green Rich Hotel in Miyazaki is in place which is reasonably isolated from convenient transport and activities. The hotel itself is a refurbished apartment which was a shock initially due to it's half finished look. The Japanese apartment facade is clearly visible from outside the building especially within the hall way where you go to your room. The hall way constructed with metal and concrete to give it an ominous feel part way between industrial design and a prison. Opening the door to your hotel room, however feels like a normal 2-3 star hotel. The room was extremely spacious and toilet and shower facilities normal for a hotel of this rating. Not somewhere I'd stay in again, but I made a last minute decision to visit Miyazaki and this was the only affordable option that came up. Definitely not the worse, but not ideal if you're looking for a place to stay with more convenience and luxury.

Decent room tho the location is a bit inconvenient”

The room is decent and spacious. It is that kinda typical japanese apartment one would see in japanese drama. Staff are friendly and willing to offer help but then they can only communicate with simple english. Body language is needed in order to understand what they are talking about. The location of the hotel is not quite good tho. It takes around half an hour walk to go to the Miyazaki JR station.

clean and convenient ”

The room is clean and tidy. The hotel is just situated at the city centre. i used the laundry which only cost me 300 yen per wash. The hotel car park requires u to pay an extra 500 yen per night, but i just found another car park next to the hotel which cost 400 yen per 24 hours.

Good rooms, good location, good price”

Located just off Tachibana street, the main shopping street, with enough free parking space behind the hotel. The room was quite spacious (especially for Japanese standards), and the in-room kitchenette was a nice touch. Close to the roads in and out of the city.

Good place to take a rest”

It will be better If hotel can provide the Wi-Fi Service for each room.

Old hotel in good location”

There are two entrances to the hotel, one from main road and the other from the back. Carparks limited (¥500 per day) and on uneven floor. Open corridor to the room.

Big Size and Comfortable room”

Although the room is quite old, its room size is the biggest I have stayed in Japan. However, the corridor outside the room is quite strange that it is similar to an apartment

Old style hotel”

The location of the hotel is far away from the centre of city. It is better to drive the car by your own. The style and furnitures are old fashion. They are unable to provide the extra pillows even by requested. Although the room size is bigger than usual, I will not consider to stay this hotel again in next time.

No wi-fi”

There is no wi fi at the hotel, plus the staff doesn’t speak any English, so be prepared

マンションタイプのため室内が広く、出張で利用しましたが、圧迫感なくゆっくりと過ごせました。

部屋が広くゆったりしていました。 宮崎市役所の目の前と立地条件はいいですが、のんびりリゾート気分ですごせるホテルです。

珍しいマンションタイプ”

ホテルではなく、まったくのワンルームマンション型の部屋です。だから、かなりのゆとりある空間で、広々してます。大淀川が直ぐ近くロケーションはいいし、良い時間を過ごせました。
