Gd point Near to sport center, eateries, mart. Clean room. Friendly staff. Bad point No drinking water, soap, towel. Noisy air con. No door key issued.

WE WERE NOT ABLE TO RELAX”
The room does not have any outlet for us to charge our devices. The shower is not working. And noises from outside the room (which I think come from the staffs of the hotel) can be heard inside. This caused us uneasiness and unnecessary stress during our stay. It was not relaxing at all.

very bad. cannot request even little thing we need. they even let us paid 300 pesos for my brother who just help us with out things to brought in our room.but he will not stay with us but only like 30mins! we even gone whole afternoon until 9pm because of the tournament that my son joined!we stayed for like 9hours then we decided to transfer to another hotel nearby for a low cost! the bed is like a stone including the pillows!means we didnt slept well and everyone had headache! its not soft at all and we paid 2,000pesos for that.and we even waited 3hrs long for our room. and people there dont even care to let us sit down . means we managed ourself where to sat while waiting for them which they dont even told us whats going on until i was the one who asked them many times if we are now having our room:( that was really bad day.

They will not give you keys to your room .. If you want to, you have to make a deposit, so everytime we go in and out of the room we go back to their cashier... No outlet for charging of device .. Available outlets are for tv, shower heater and aircon and not convenient if you use for charging of device because of its locations. They do not allow visitors ... It was a family room good for 4 ... My daughter who was supposed to sleep with us opted to sleep somewhere else so we were only 3 in that room ... The following day afterlunch while my other son is out so we were only two in the room, my daughter came with her friend came for a short visit but she was denied entry ... They do not trust their visitors .. I will not detail the others ... In short .. It's not value for your money
