Manager or staff at reception was awful. We had room with non-working lights and open wiring. When we asked to change - they did some minor repair. Which didn't last more then couple of hours and this went on and on for 3 days during our stay. Reception staff was drunk and awful.

Worst property of my life till now staff is very in cooperative no cleaniness actual hotel and pictures shown online are very different i am feeling like that i have made a mistake by payng for 3 days and its lyk i have been trapped here by payng in advance and there is no optn left with me to stay here

The rooms ain’t clean. Fans don’t work in the room. Hotel people don’t even bother to resolve the concern. Bathrooms fittings quite old. Not recommended at all.

Stayed for a night with family - spacious room, designed with required facilities & complementary items. Comfortable stay. Staffs & Manager are well behaved, very cooperative & welcoming in their attitude. One of the better properties available in Gangtok if you are habituated with veg meal.

- Hotel is understaffed - Parking is not allowed within or outside the hotel for taxis after 7:45 am in the morning - Food quality is average - We were given dirty / torn linen - Heaters are provided at an additional cost and they dont have enough for all rooms

Really not much to reccomend; room was huge and freezing altho staff provided a space heater that did little. We had three blankets on our bed. The food was boring. The best thing, the only thing really, was the view of Kanchenjunga. Just not impressed, and uncomfortable.

Not Bad for the Budget”
This was our go to hotel when slumming it in Gangtok. Ok room and more affordable than many of the others we stayed in. Unfortunately no internet in rooms and the restaurant is vegetarian only. Nice views from the bedroom.

Very Good, highly recommended”
We all the 11 persons in the group fully enjoyed the stay. Very friendly staff, neat and clean. But there is only one problem which is the menu, they serve only vegetarian food otherwise there is no need to worry for anything.

비교적 청결하고 깨끗한 방상태가 아주 마음에 들었고, 위치는 약간 내려와서 걸어서 올라가야 하는 위치지만 그럭저럭 걸을만한 거리. 아침부페 다양하진 않지만 한끼 때울수 있는 수준으로 인도에선 비교적 괜찮은 호텔. 비수기라 저렴하게 머물수 있었고 엑스트라 베드 넣더라도 방이 꽤 넓고 만족스러웠음. 추천할만한 호텔임.
