The down side is street outside is very tight, hard to maneuver. Another one is there is no staff within the place, you have to contact them through phone.

Nanay and Miss Jeni were superb, they were super accommodating and accessible. It’s home away from home. I will definitely comeback!! Guys if you’re looking for a peaceful place near the beach and not far from majestic artworks, Gregorio Houses is what you guys are looking for. It’s a 15min drive from San juan one of the most recommended surfing area. Keep up the good work Miss Jeni and Nanay. See you soon!!
