Such a great hotel with it's walking proximity to the subway and Dotonbori. Taking the subway from KIX was such a relief. The hotel was a short walking distance as you exit the subway ( no need to run around trying to find the location). It's also a short walking distance to Dotonbori with all it's great street foods. I got 2 twin beds so the room was very spacious compared to the usual Japanese hotels (able to open my luggage completely on the floor no problem). The hotel cleanliness was top notch. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. I would definitely stay at this hotel the next time I'm going to Osaka. The convenience alone would give this hotel my highest recommendation.

Very good location.”
This place is a good place if you would like to spend most of your time in Osaka. It close to the commercial site, like Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi, Den Den Town. The room is clean and tranquil. It is neither too small nor too large. Fair enough for 2 persons with 1 small child (5 years in my case). Only if you have a more than 2 big luggages. It doesn't have much space to keep it open. One thing that me and my wife doesn't appreciate much, but acceptable, is the breakfast. It's always the same due to we stay here for a week. But it'd not a big deal. The taste also good anyway.

Super close to Namba station and Dotombori!”
Hotel was very conveniently located near Namba Station and just a few minutes away to Dotombori! Staff was very friendly and check-in was easy. They had complimentary amenities and coin laundry. The room was comfortable and spacious by city standards and came equipped with a humidifier. I will definitely be staying here again!

This is one of the best hotels which I’ve stayed during my current trip to Japan. Staff were extremely helpful and hotel rooms were extremely clean. The room is slightly bigger than the hotels which I’ve stayed in Japan. Kids amenities were also provided. No complains and will definitely stay here again during my next holiday to Osaka.

A few minutes walk away from everything you want. ”
It's so close to everything and tucked away off the main road to give you a bit of quiet. Dotonbori is less than 10 minutes on foot, and you get to roam the outskirts of it as soon as you step into the main streets. The strawberry desserts they had were delicious and great for brunch or late afternoon tea. Very premium!

This hotel was clean the staff was very friendly and helpful the morning by Fais had a great variety of Japanese and western food. The coffee and cocktail lounge on the second floor is great for afternoon visits. And the train station is literally 100 yards away

Great price for location and quality”
Very close to Namba Station to connect to the subway and JR lines. The bedroom was a bit cramped, but there was space in the hallway from the door to the bathroom and bedroom. Very clean with a modern design, and we enjoyed the upgraded tech like the smart tv. We would stay again.

Great location just 3 minutes walk to Nankai line”
Location is nice!! I carry many bags of snack from Donki to hotel for a several time in every single day while I stayed There’s an exit no. 5 for connecting to hotel from midosuji line with escilator, it’s very convenient!! Hotel is new and clean, some staff cannot speak English well but they try to help as much as they can, I think it’s not a problem for me but need to let other travelers who’s non-Japanese to prepare themselves to find a way to communicate with them.

Great location from Namba”
The room is small as expected in Japan but location is the best, just 5 mins walk from Namba metro and Nankai / JR namba station. Don’t be scared by surrounded LOVE hotels - I don’s see any problem during my 3 nights stay at this hotel. Anyhow, because of Pandemic the staffs will not make up the bed everyday but they will change the towel for you as well as basic cleaning, extra fee need to be pay if you request a full cleaning. Tip: A bunk bed is fine for anyone below 175 cm.

Value for money”
Very good location that is just 2 mins away from nankai-namba Station. Namba station has so many lines (except for Shinkansen) it is just the place to go anywhere. Hotel is cosy and bf is adequate. Breakfast menu is the same daily though so do take note. It has coin laundry facilities but we couldn't do any washing at all in our 4nights there as there are selfish guests who used the machines but did not empty the machines when time is up. And coz the machines are passcode locked, we couldn't help to unload the done laundry (like many other hotels) and do ours. We waited for hours but no luck. 3 washer-cum-dryers avail if you are lucky.

Great location and up to date facilities!”
I was with my friend actually and the room were spacious. We taking the twin bed, it look a little bit crowded but still, we feel comfortable. The design and interior were modern, the tv and connection were up-to-date, can watch youtube and can easily mirroring your phone on it. There were robe and basic facilities, the wardrobe were small but for me, it doesn’t effect much. For the front desk, I was doubting at first, because there were a few comments says the staff were not really welcoming, but guess its my luck, the staff that I get were really helpful and they communicate in english very well. The location were very easy to find. Can easily google it through maps and really near to JR Namba and also there were few convenience stores around. The surrounding area look a little bit creepy honestly, but compare to a few places I had stay before, I highly recommend this hotel for a female traveler for it’s location. Sum things up, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would probably book them again if the price were still same.
