The room was very clean and tidy although a little small We had been told that it was well known for it's food but we were a little disappointed with our evening meals but the breakfasts were very good and the young ladies serving at both meals were really lovely

Great for visit to NEC - Friendly happy atmosphere”
Excellent - small room (4) not twin as ordered but very clean and well furnished - bit claustrophobic as no outside window but only used for sleeping and TV watching - comfortable pleasant lounge and bar and pleasant dining room serving excellent home cooked dinner and fantastic breakfast. Highlight was helpful friendly staff. Will certainly use again when visiting NEC.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile”
Nice, clean hotel with very, very kind staff. They clean our room and change towels every day. We also got stuffs for making tee, coffe and hot chocolate every day. Bed is big enough and comfortable to sleep, so we were asleep first day and were late for breakfast. But we got it anyway, becaues the staff was wonderfull! The hotel is very clean and friendly. Also the food is delicious and we enjoyed it very much. The owners are very kind, they helped us with advices what to see in Coleshill and surroundings and also gave us maps, so we could orient ourselves. And the last day, when we asked for the number of the taxi, they told us that they will drive us to railway station. Everything there was realy wonderfull expirience for us! We hardly recommend this nice hotel to evetyone!
