Very customer-oriented and lovely location”

When we arrived, they made a mistake in our booking and can only accommodate one room. I understand these types of mistakes. These things happen. They were very apologetic and courteous, that they handled the hotel arrangement in Grosvenor Square for the night. When we got back, they upgraded our rooms to executive and a park lane suite. Awesome! Thanks to managers Anna and James. Also in the lobby, staff are very helpful and checking on guests if they need anything. We had room service, and the food was excellent. The hotel is near Bond and Oxford Streets (just a 10 minute walk) and the bus stop right in front. If you need your caffeine fix, they have a Starbucks in the lobby. I will definitely book here again.

London Visit”

I would rate rate my stay at the Grovener's house as excellent... The breakfast was fabulous every morning; just right... The tea lounge was also spectacular. All the staff was very well prepared and ready to help us at any time. I was very impressed with the food, the lobby, the atmosphere, the reception area, the conceirge, everything. When we asked for theatre tickets, we were helped on the spot; airport pickup and drop off were also provided. Overall, it was spectacular... And the location of the hotel is also marvelous, right at the heart of what's happening and the shopping areas of London. What empressed me the most is I forgot my watch in the room, and they staff and security were able to mail it to me to Paris on the same day. Honestly, that made my stay even more worthwhile.

We were not really thinking that the Grosvenor would be a very good place to stay as it needs remodelling.We choses to stay there as we were attending a ball there that evening so the location was ideal However, we were delighted. the bedroom was old but spacious and quite grand and very comfortable with a good sized bathroom with every amenity We will go again. The entrance area was being refurbished but the staff were so helpful.

Executive room 203 with exec access to lounge was ok wouldn’t say the choice of breakfast was appertising, eggs were sloppy and bacon hard, no beans or tomatoes, have stayed in cheaper hotels with better choice lounges, didn’t service room till late tea time Saturday and didn’t leave milk for tea in room(little niggle but hate strong tea) Other than that room next to air conditioning unit outside so a loud drone noise all the time, would stay again but high room

very strategically located, only 5 minutes walk to oxford street, very good value for the money, overall the experience staying at this hotel is very nice. they have good breakfast. i have nothing to complain

It is not first time to stay the only negative of staying is the staff some of them not corporate with customers specially within park lane restaurants in hotel and there was little late during check in

Excellent services and there is nothing too difficult for the staff to do for you. Our son has multiple dietary allergies, and staff made sure all his meals met the expectations. The suite was fantastic and very clean Thank you

Emplacement sur Hyde Park à deux pas de tout, la chambre est très spacieuse et confortable avec un lit King size. la salle de bain très agréable avec douche et baignoire. très calme, l'ambiance bar est chaleureux le petit déjeuner est bon.L'afternoon tea est copieux et excellent. le service d'étage est très présent il suffit de mettre ne pas déranger

Fantastic spacious room and very nice staff”

Beautiful hotel. We arrived 15 mins after check in time and they told us that the room would only be ready in a hour. Disappointing. Luckily the supervisor sorted it out. The room was big and great, but had a little bit of a smell (although my wife said I was just being picky). Very nice location next to Hyde Park and walking distance from every where else. Breakfast was great also. Staff are most welcoming and friendly. Would stay here again.

Bad front desk staff,very complacent attitude,pathetic bathroom design without shower cubicle,6 nights 100 %same breakfast menu without any change in variety, 1000 pounds a night is a ripoff
