So close to the theme parks!”
Honestly, it's great value for price point; the water park is great and it's uber close to disney and universal. Just be aware that on top of whatever you paid ahead of time, they're going to ding you a "resort fee" daily, plus parking. For me, this added a couple hundred bucks unexpectedly, but it's in the fine print... only complaint would be that - I'd rather they just make it one price point and not ding me when I get there.... where normally this would push me to hate on the place, it's actually nice to the point that I don't totally resent them, so that's saying something. Also, the rooms are a lot bigger than you expect which is super great :D

This place was amazing and exceeded my every expectation. We had an unforgettable week. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the grounds were impeccable, food was great, and our condo looked like a model home. The pools and water park are so much fun. You really do not need to leave the resort to have an amazing time.

Spacious and clean ”
Staying at the Grove gave us the sense that we’re at home and not living in a hotel for a week. The room came with a full kitchen and a full washer and dryer.

Excellent resort”
We were already staying in the Orlando area and decided to stay another night. We came across this hotel as the rate was very reasonable and I heard great reviews of The Grove. First impression....very friendly and helpful staff! The foyer is very inviting and smells so fresh. Our 3 bedroom suite was clean, spacious and upgraded! Wish we were staying longer ! The resort has several modern amenities . Our family greatly enjoyed the Waterpark and family fun center. Be prepared though...the resort is HUGE. We spent a lot of time walking and getting lost. It become our family joke and by the next morning, we finally found our way around. The marketplace had a nice selection of food and snacks. We had breakfast at the restaurant, which was delicious. The resort is further in Orlando/Winter Garden, so not sure how close to the parks. We would like to stay here again and just enjoy the resort for a few days. Highly recommend.

A great place for the grand kids”
Great stay overall until check out and found hiden fees. Booked the hotel online and paid for in advance. The booking showed it covered all taxes and service fees. Was very surprised at checkout to find I had been charged a Resort fee of 30 dollars a day and a additional 3.75 in tax totaling 33.75 a day. This charge was hiden and not mentioned totaling $250.25 for our stay. Went back to the reservation site and there was no mention of these charges at all. After lengthy discussion with the staff I had no choice but to pay it. Not a good ending to a great stay!!!!!

Nice resort, poor service...”
You have to know they charge you fort the resort every day $35 even you don't use it. We went to Disneyland and SeaWorld and uses the resort only the last day before going to airport but they charged us anyway. Personnels are distant. They dont really care about yours need. But it is true that the resort is cool. And the bedrooms very nice. They just need a better management to b a very good place to enjoy.

Nice appartment and complex but...”
We stayed 4 nights with our teenage kids. The first ground floor apartment we were given was beautiful but then shortly after our arrival our movements around the hallway/kitchen started to cause water to seep up through the laminate floor. There had obviously been a substantial flood in the room.The hotel moved us to the sixth floor and the next apartment was nice but not as well situated or spacious as the first. The water park was okay but didn't keep our kids entertained long especially as 1 of 2 slides was out of action. The Flowrider was a complete rip off - Big queues, little kids being given much longer turns than older kids. My son was very disappointed and refused to part with any more money after 1 turn. The kids Arcade was okay. Breakfast was not good. The bread/cakes etc were dry, the cooked stuff not great. Orange juice was nice and coffee okay. We had vouchers but if we hadn't I would definitely have eaten elsewhere. Customer service across the resort was just adequate.

Need better housekeeping service”
We arrived and drop our bags off not checking the room, we wanted to enjoy the day. When we finally returned to the room I noticed that in the master bath there was a bad odor. I went to put some items in the cabinet under the sink and found 5 wet towels bunches up that smelled of horrible mildew. I informed the housekeeper and they did nothing, I had to wrap them up and put them in the hallway. The suites hallway the lamp glass cover was broken and the screen in the balcony was ripped which I also informed the house keeper just so they knew and did not put responsibility on our stay. The following day after arrival I asked for toilet paper which non of the 3 bathrooms had an extra roll only what was left on the holders, after about an hour I was brought a box of tissue paper instead of toilet paper so I had to ask again for the toilet paper and waited another 2 hours. The water park and pools are tons of fun which made our stay worth it, but I wish the rooms cleanliness was better.

So far a nightmare ”
We got to resort at 4am they told us we need to wait 15-20 min for their systems to update so they cant check us in. After 25 min they told us we can check in they gave us a room. Were so tired this was already at 5am. Parked the car headed to room only to see its never been cleaned. Called customer service was on hold for 25 min 3 children parked outside on the carpet on the floor sleeping. They told us we have to come back down as theres no one that can help us now. Packed all the suitcases back in the car carried all the kids back into the car drove down to get a new key. Its now 6:08 am. We just got settled in our new room. And of course instead of giving us 2 queen beds for the kids like we booked there is only one bed. Let the fighting beging A 2 hour check in ordeal. Not impressed so far

Not well laid out”
From what I understand this was originally a condo project. So the hallways and rooms are difficult to navigate. I was also hoping for a real bar to sit and sip old fashioned. All I could find was an out door corner bar that was basically a pool bar

Slowly going down”
When we first visited this resort it was beautiful .. this visit we were highly disappointed . The staff was very rude , our hotel was disgusting and you could tell they haven’t deep cleaned also the furniture was old … the carpet and couch and chairs were gray however you could tell they hadn’t cleaned the furniture .. there were stains on the couch which were black .. we all have dark brown hair and in the shower there were strands of blonde left behind even on the dining table outlets didn’t work this hotel at one point was amazing now it’s just gross

DIRTY AND RUDE STAFF”
Overcharged for a superior suite. Mold in the bathrooms. No hot water. Dirty linens and comforters. Staff wasn’t helpful and rude. I wouldn’t recommend this resort.
