Discuting dirty filthy in fact nothing like the pictures only way to describe it is a squat Broken bed filthy dirty bathroom the whole room was filthy dirty looked in other rooms they where worse one room had mould on the cealing all stunk of damp Place should be shut down health hazard No fridges in room as advertised tv didn't work furniture falling apart bedding was minging reminded me of a Victorian slum Should be- stars but wouldn't let me no staff on sight to complain to

Desastre”

Increíble que nadie nos avisará de las condiciones de entrada. Después de casi una hora a un grado en la calle esperando a que alguien nos abriera la puerta, temimos quedarnos en la calle para siempre. Un absoluto y rotundo 0 a la gestión y trato al cliente. No supimos los códigos de entrada hasta que no realizamos una llamada de más de 20 minutos donde nadie se hacia entender. Nada recomendable. Una pesadilla. Por no hablar de la cama, he conocido CHECAS de la Guerra Civil más cómodas que los colchones.

Empfang ungenügend”

Als wir gegen 20.00 Uhr ankamen (es war bereits dunkel), war niemand vor Ort. Wir wussten nicht, wie wir ins Hotel hineinkommen. Kein Beschrieb, nichts. Hotline war nicht erreichbar. Nach langem Suchen sahen wir im Vorgarten (im Dunkel) eine Telefonnummer und haben dort angerufen und bekamen dann den Zugangscode zum Hotel bzw. zum Zimmer. Diese Zugangsart hätte uns im Vorfeld bekannt gegeben werden müssen. Da die Hotline nicht erreichbar war, hat dies bei uns hohe Mobile-Kosten ausgelöst, welche uns Agoda bestimmt nicht übernehmen wird. Als wir dann endlich den Zugangscode erhielten, war der Aufenthalt befriedigend. Daniel Galli
