A true taste of okinawa!”
This was my second stay here and I will be back... Soon!! The owner made a special effort to guide my wife and I to a local festival which just happened to be on while were in town... Then took the time to walk around with us and talk about the local culture!! Back at the hostel, the live-in staff (yoji) was friendly and eager to be if service... Happily playing with my 3 year old son, while we were getting ready to go out... The shower and toilets are clean, the rooms are quiet and the WiFi is free and fast!! If you want the real experience of okinawan hospitality, you can't go part Agaihama!!!

Lovely traditional experience! Don't miss it!”
From the moment we arrived till the moment we left, we couldn't have asked for a greater experience. The owner was waiting for us upon arrival and showed us to our lovely little traditional Japanese style room. It was clean and airy, perfect for an afternoon nap. The shared shower and toilets were clean and well maintained, with no foul smells and GREAT water pressure. There was plenty of parking on the street in front of the guest house and several convenience stores and restaurants within easy walking distance. The owner helped to make us feel like part of the family...This little place is a GEM for anyone looking for an authentic taste of the traditional Japanese life!!!

Very “zen” stay”
Very good stay at the guest house which is very clean and conveniently localised next to supermarket and a few restaurants. The staff, in particular Aki, whose English is perfect and dedication to clients is exceptional, is irreprochable. We would definitely recommend the guest house to any people on budget looking for a clean and friendly place to stay for a few days.

Lovely local hosted place”
The guest house was with a lovely, cuddle black cat, as black as Takkyubin. Located around a river at a residential area, it was pretty silent after dinner time. For those driving here, they do have a very big parking space even you did not drive as well as a racing driver. There were a lot of food place such as Lawson CVS, Famima CVS, malls and izakayas... of course you would not be hungry to dead if you got enough Yen...!

location is lovely, quiet but not too far from the naha city, facing a nice river and bridge, have convenient store and park and restaurant within 15 minutes on foot. the boss is quite nice, the automosphere there is easy and warm, like at home, you can cook in the kitchen. there's piano and guita in the living room, seems the boss is a music lover. and okinawa instrument sanxi as every where else in okinawa as well. the stuff there are friendly, and they have a cool black cat. the boss's wife suggested and send me and the stuff to the interesting festival in naha city which happens only once a year.

Very nice stay thanks to the warm welcome and fine advice from the staff. The guest house is conveniently located next to restaurants and supermarket nearby walking distance. Would definitely come back if i would stay in the same town.

Japanese style living”
The owner and his wife were so nice, they showed us the house when we arrived. The environment of the house was great as it is so different from the usual hotel and nicer than the usual backpacker place. Great experience and great chance to chat with some locals.

Rustic atmosphere”
It could be a little inconvenient for families with kids to come, as the toilet and the shower room is commonly shared. Towels are not provided, rent it at 100 yen. Have to be careful with the steps; toilet is two steps lower than the main flooring. It can be a little noisy in the night when the guests in the common living room are interacting together. Amenities could be better provided, as nowadays new hostels are providing better facilities for everyone. House has a very japanese feeling; amidst the modern buildings around it.

The staff is very nice. Though the staff and the guests there are mainly Japanese, which means sometimes it is hard to communicate with them, they still try their best to help you. Quiet and comfort room.

Afternoon relaxing atmosphere, night is very lively , we feel very enjoyed and comfortable, the hotel owner is very friendly . Very recommended to stay. The room was clean, but the hotel is on the first floor will inevitably find cockroaches. Parking lot of sediment, remember to change before parking easy to clean shoes, may require washing car leaving.

uniquely relaxing”
This is an inexpensive place in the south that works as a jump off point for history sightseeing. It is an easy 30 minute drive to the airport. There is not much to do in this town for tourists other than chain restaurants and a big park and a not so pretty man-made beach. The guesthouse has a great front deck for hanging out with the other guests. Which is what we did. We had a fun BBQ, drank beer, played music and talked. We made some nice friends. If your open and adventurous this a great place.

This hostel is in a great location. The price for each person is also reasonable. Staff are generally friendly and helpful. If you are into local Japanese culture and would like to experience what local people do, you may enjoy staying in this Guest House. What needs to be improved is the cleanliness of common areas.

if you expected nice and extremely comfort place, please don't choose this hostel. BUT this hostel is a super nice place for experiencing Japanese style and living culture. A very local style decoration, not much rules and restrictions; guests gathering and chilling out at night. Helper speck good English and really helpful. Nice beaches and supermarket nearby, so as restaurant. Recommended.

best quest house owner, kind and generous people”
the only bad thing i remember is the bed. two story bed needs fixing the bolts more tightly. it sounds a little bit creaky. But all the other things are best. good people staying there and owner and their family and the people i met there were gorgeous and generous and had pleasant talks. i recommend this guesthouse.
