Exceptional”

Really convenient and clean. Would love to stay here again. The onsen is small but with restricted times but still great. Where else can you stay at for that price with an onsen?

Value for money!”

All the facilities were very clean and tidied! Staffs were very nice and the bed was special :) Towels and tooth brushes were available for rental but if you’ve brought your own then thats not a problem. The pillow was a bit thin for me and it was a bit hot with the heater at night. But the location was excellent and so it was already so perfect for the money!

駅近、リーズナブルな値段だが、感染症予防を考えるとMizRoomはそれなりの覚悟が必要”

駅から6分ほどの場所にあり、コンビニも近くにあるため便利。 MixRoomに宿泊したが、男女が同じ部屋に抵抗がなければOKだろう。 風呂時間帯は決まっており、男性の時間は2時間以内になるため、時間外はシャワーを利用するしかない。風呂は使用しなくても1泊につき150円徴収される。 外国人観光客の宿泊が多い。経営者は中国系の方である。 大型東海汽船に宿泊する感じの作りである。 共有冷蔵庫があるため、飲み物は名前を記名して入れておくことができる。 感染症予防策として、館内はマスク着用、アルコール除菌もある。 MixRoomについては、知らない人の集まりの部屋のため、就寝後は密を避けることはできないのは覚悟が必要である。日中は窓開け換気がなされているが、就寝後はクーラーを入れ、入口扉は閉められてしまうため、怖かった。天井に換気口があるので、大丈夫だと言ってはいたが、空気の流れが常時保たれているとは考えにくいため、一人保菌者がいたら、アウトであろう。そのリスクを気にしなければ、値段と、場所を考えるとリーズナブルである。 スタッフは気さくに声を掛けてくれるため、何かあれば伝えることはできる。

オーナー様の人柄に感動しました！”

仕事で急遽の宿泊になりましたが30年くらい前はよくこのようなスタイルのユースをヘビーユーズしてたのでとても懐かしく有意義な時間でした(連泊しました)とにかくオーナーご夫妻のお人柄とお気遣いに感動しました。年末の急な出張でしたがまるで旅行しているような楽しいひと時でした。デッキから眺める日の出の風景もプライスレスでおすすめです！

屋上からの花火が最高”

建物も新しく、温泉の大浴場も綺麗で清潔感があり気持ち良く過ごすことができました。 屋上からの見える花火や夜景も抜群で、人混みを気にすることなくゆっくり楽しめます。 海からは階段が多いので少し大変かもしれませんが、仲見世通りに近く観光には便利だと思います。 若干夜寝る時に寒かったので星4つにしましたが、スタッフさんに伝えれば空調は調整して頂けます。

概ね満足”

安いし、高台にあるが駅からかなり近い。天然温泉が館内にある。アメニティは持参必須。一人旅にはぴったり。スタッフも感じが良い。 不満な点は、温泉の入る時間が男女ごとに決められており、それ自体は良いのだが、私が訪れた時は女性客がかなり時間をオーバーして入浴しており、時間通りに入れなかった。 シャワーは終日使用できるが、温泉を使用する時間帯を一人(グループごと)に決めるらしく、それをフロントに申告しなければいけないらしい。上記の出来事の後、入浴時間のぎりぎりに宿に戻ったが、やや迷惑そうにされた。ルールが明文化されておらず、少々困惑した。

景色、駅からのアクセスはよい”

良い点： 熱海駅から近い。 眺めがよい。 フリーのお茶と水がある。 スタッフの対応は良い。 注意点： 温泉大浴場1つで入れる時間が限られる。 カップル等で泊まる場合、男女で入浴可能時間が違うので、注意。 朝風呂は出来ない。 24時間使用できるのはシャワー。 16人ドミトリーを使用。 部屋の温度は快適だが、寝床は暑かった。 2段の上だったが、下の熱が伝わってきている? コンセントは各寝床エリアに1つなので、マルチプラグ持って行かないと同時に複数充電ができない。

ゲストハウスなのに温泉がある！”

施設自体は比較的出来たばかりのようでした。 当日はたまたま外国人の団体？が宿泊していて共用スペースを占拠状態で利用しづらく少し残念でした。 見晴らしもよく花火も観れるとの事でしたが当日は友人と海沿いで観たため確認できていませんがあの眺望だと間違いなく見えると思います。 温泉も夜と朝の2回、男女入れ替え制で入れます。花火後にゆっくり入る事はできましたが温度調整が難しいようでして少し熱めでした。 朝は仕事の関係で早く発たなければならず温泉には入れませんでしたがまた機会があればぜひ利用したいと思います。

老闆是通情達理的人，會說中文。雖然價錢是有點貴的，但是地點絕佳，在天台上欣賞了一晚超美麗的花火，不用在熱海市區人擠迫，推薦的。
