"This guest house was wonderful! What you are paying for is actually your own small cottage. The staff was extremely kind and willing to pick-up and drop you off at the station. There wasn't anywhere to eat near the vicinity, but they'll take you to a convenience store or restaurant and pick you up afterwards. I booked for 2 people and it fit us comfortably. The only negative things I saw was in regards to the cleanliness. It's along the mountain so of course there would be bugs, but there were cobwebs, dust and a lot of the sheets had stains on them. You also need to bring your own towel. Another thing to note is that the cottage I was in only had a Japanese style toilet (I don't know about the other cottages), but on the bright side you get your own private bath and shower area. I would definitely recommend staying here if you want to climb Mt. Fuji or visit. It's a very peaceful and relaxing place. They may not speak much English, but they do their best to accommodate to the customer. ^_^ I wouldn't mind staying there again."
