Great view excellent staff ”
I was shocked to see the high stairway to climb up to the apartment with my heavy luggage, thankfully staff was extremely helpful to help me during check-in and check-out. The reception guy also helped to reserve for dinner at restaurant nearby and made sure restaurant people can recognise me. I’d give a 5 star for their service. The only setback is the shared bathroom is in a different level from the room.

Comfortable stay, nice vibe!”
I took #12 bus from JR station to the hotel at 400 yen. There are some stairs before you get to the gate (maybe there's another entrance?), so be prepared if you travel with big luggage like me. But I don't mind it at all. Very nice onsen in the hotel with reasonable onsen tax fee 150 yen. Really enjoy the stay,and would like to come back again! Staffs are friendly and very helpful. Thanks!

Best hotel in Shirahama”
The hotel is the best in Shirahama in my opinion. The location is very strategic, 2 minutes away from Shirahama beach, 2 minutes away from the nearest bus stop, 6 minutes away from a good ramen restaurant and 11 minutes away from the supermarket. The hotel itself is very clean, aesthetic, has many facilities, including hot spring. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and I myself will stay again in this hotel should I visit the area again.

New travel experience in Japan”
We stayed here for just two nights in a condomimium style apartment. It is arranged like an shared house. Besides our own kitchen, there is a shared kitchen with tables where you can pick up or have you breakfast. Coffee and tea is 24h available. The place is 5 mins to the beautiful Shirahama beach.

Exceptional”
You are getting what you pay for. Beds were not really that comfortable, and the bedding sheets were really thin, cheap fabric, which was fine for the weather. Not sure if they change it according to weather. The building has some visible wear and tear. I stayed in the female shared dorm, and the dividing fabric had visible water damage. Not tattoo friendly, which they don't state anywhere and after asking they still charged me the bath fee. I did use the spring (given, I just have small tattoo on my back) regardless because I did get charged for it, but I made sure the guests that were there were ok with it. The staff was friendly and allowed me to leave a suitcase while I went to the beach since I arrived way before check-in. I did ask before through email. Staff is really friendly, and there is one who speaks a bit of English, the rest of the staff speaks a small amount, regardless they were all very helpful and friendly. If you just want to make sure you have somewhere to sleep on and aren't a fussy traveler, I recommend this place 100% and I myself would come back. It has a great location to Shirarahama beach, right across the street. Also right across the street from a bus stop. There is also a small theme park nearby. I would come here again based on location alone.

Amazingly spacious but sparse”
Can't say I've seen a bigger hotel room in Japan! And it felt very fresh and clean. Sea views, even though partial in the room we received, were so refreshing. It wasn't so clear to us from the description that it was an onsen hotel to the extent that it truly is: there is only a toilet, no shower/bath in your own room, so you need to use the communal facilities, and you need to rent towels or bring your own. Yes, there's a full kitchen but there are zero utensils in the room - you borrow from the communal kitchen. This is all fine, especially for the price, but we went in unaware. Not all rooms have a sofa although there would be ample room for one, and very good reason for one - the lovely (partial) sea views!

大人5人で宿泊しました！ 海の見えるお部屋が空いており、 無料でアップグレードしてくださいました🙏🏼 2階のシャワールームにはシャンプー、 リンスー、ボディーソープに洗顔もあり、白浜で泳ぎ、帰ってきてすぐに 使わせてもらいました！ 1階には温泉もあり、 お肌ツルツルになりました！！ 共有キッチンにはたくさんのものが揃えられており、大変ありがたかったです！ 友達同士の旅行にピッタリのお部屋です！ また、誕生日の人がいたため、近くのケーキ屋さんの名前や、フロントで預けていただくというサービスもあり、至れり尽くせりでした！最高のお部屋で夕日を見れて心が浄化されました✨ありがとうございました！

部屋は広くて綺麗で、温泉にも入れて、家族皆でこの価格はとても満足しています。朝食付でしたが、部屋で頂くスタイルでしたので、子供が小さくじっとしていない為、助かりました。色々セルフですが、泊まるだけで良い方には、十分だと思います。

どんな旅にも優しい”
ホテルとコンドとホステルなどなどを組み合わせた様な様式でどんなタイプの旅にも優しい仕様でした。いろいろな旅をしましたが、このタイプのホテルは初めてでした。 気楽にロビーや温泉にも入れてリラックスも出来、ワークスペースもあるのでちょっとした調べ事にも使えます。 坂の中腹にある為、階段が少し辛いですが、スタッフがとてもフレンドリーで思いスーツケースを下まで持ってくれました。 とても気さくなスタッフばかりで癒されました。大満足です。

リノベーションなだけあり、カップルよりは家族さんでの宿泊が良いかと思います。 何よりもスタッフさんの対応が素晴らしいと思いました。ありがとうございます！！ お風呂は温泉で広くてよかったですが、子供さん連れのお母さんが子供を放置していたのでゆっくりお風呂入りたかったのでちょっと残念でした。

部屋も広く、浴場もあり、疲れが取れ、厚目のマットレスでぐっすり寝れました。 駐車場から階段と、少し大変ですが、そのお陰で眺望も良く気になりませんでした。 只、ベビーカーや、車椅子の方は、大変だと思います。

大人3人、子供3人で5Fのお部屋に泊まりました。 広いので子供も喜んでました。海からも近くて良かったです。水着類を300円で出来たので助かりました。2つ洗濯物干しがお部屋にあり、ありがたかったです。 朝食も、厚切りパンをそれぞれ好きなようにアレンジして楽しそうでした。また機会があれば泊まりたいです。
