super satisfied here! we stayed here for 2 nights. for the 1st night, our booking was only for 1 room. we booked the premium suite for the 2nd night. but we were so grateful, we were upgraded to the premium suite on the 1st night just so we wont have to transfer nlng daw the next day. loved that!! their staff is very responsive, and willing to help, as in super friendly vibe didn't expect the room to be this nice, as in value for money. two bedroom suite was big and spacy. i usually book a condo but i just realized their room was so much better and cheaper already marked this property as one of my favorites, will definitely come back on my next Manila visit

Hands down to the front desk whose name if I'm not mistaken was Eric, he always went above and beyond when I needed assistance such as when I had difficulty booking a Grab. All the staff are so polite everytime I pass by. For the price and service, it was really the best value for money!!! If you're looking at stays at this price range, this is one of the best (or if not the best) place you can get in Makati. 🙌🙌🙌
