        Difficult check in; Limited hospitality”

        The check-in process is difficult, doesn't work well, and your reservation will be canceled if not completed by check in time with no notification. There are scary warnings about your car being towed or ticketed at your expense, but we never received clear instructions on how to register our car. AC was not working in the room when we arrived. We emailed and texted/called the number provided without ever receiving a response. We were able to have the 1 staff member on site come up to the room and get it working. The room was cute and clean, but no coffee although a coffee pot is provided. We expected a little more opulence. Good location to shopping and fun.
