The staff does not know anything at all about Borongan or they just pretend not to know and are unwilling to help. The hotel is not well maintained, bathroom stinks, bed stinks, room not clean. Brackish water from the faucet

The hotel looks good from the outside and at the reception. But the rooms are not well maintained. Housekeeping is poor. Bed sheets, bed and bathrooms stink even after they had just cleaned it. No exhaust fan in all 4 rooms that we occupied. Bugs in some beds. Brackish water comes out of the faucet.

I had a decent stay at this budget-friendly hotel. Ideal for 1-2 days stay but not for long term. No bidet. No heater.

No bidet, clean naman ang CR but amoy ipes, first night pag open ko ng door may nagdive na ipes, napatay ko , 2nd day may ipes ulit sa ceiling, up to the time we left the cockroach was still there.

-good value for money -it was really close to baywalk -high ceiling -good water pressure -Intermittent internet connection. It was fast but gets disconnected a lot. -There are gaps in the windows to neighboring rooms. We could hear the room beside us having extremely loud sex with the tv on and smell the cigarette smoke from their room. This was next to a family room. But the staff was nice to let us move to a room at the end of the hall when we asked. We hope smoking rooms are separated from non smoking rooms. And the gaps are closed.

-no backup generator in case of brownout. -place/room has a low fluorescent light with gives a slightly dark room ambiance. -tv signal is not good -toilet bowl is leaking causing waste of clean water from the tank to the bowl. -room can be improved by renovation, changing of paint color to light color, adding a good light bulb and the neighbors too loud talking it can be heard inside the room especially at night.

Transient traveler friendly hotel”
Hotel location is nice. Accessible and situated just beside a wide city road. Upon check in @ the counter, staff is approachable. Inside the room, it was very spacious and wide. Floor doesn't appear to be presentable as it looks old and discolored (Dirty White). Window Type aircon is functioning. Flat screen television appears smaller (24") with cable connection. Restroom is spacious and appears clean with a normal shower only, no shower heater. Bed, linens, pillow and towels appear clean. Ceiling lights appear dimmer than the restroom light. Free water and free soap are available upon request, not provided automatically by the staff. My overall stay experience is good and worth-it. (GA)
