"Great Green Property!! Serene peace! a true break from hectic life of Mumbai..almost like a beautiful bird sanctuary.. Special thanks to Mr. Krishnan Ramaswamy,manager; to make our stay so comfortable by helping arrange every request in no time. His wise suggestions helped to optimise our time in Coorg. Infact it was his help n knowledge that i extended my leaves booked n get great deal in The wind flower resort n spa vythiri. Food at coorg property is awsmmm but buffet only, tastes like home cooked meals..please take all meal plan or atleast bf n dinner.. Artificial pond... adventure sports incl ATV n jip lining (not like big amusement park but basic) all add to ur joy... Property truely shows how luxury can be build n served in the lap of nature.. Overall great property..awsmm helping staff..great food..n so many activities to enjoy..nice spa centre.. Suggestion: they too have a barbeque gazebo..if u r in group do enjoy.. Gratitude to Krishnan n his team for such care n affection. "

"At the time of booking we booked with amount 18000/-. And as always it shows with tax only. But after reached hotel i got to know the shock that I need to pay 5000/- approx extra for tax....This is a start. 1) The resort charge like Mahaindra Madekeri which is 5 star resort but when expect service not bother. 1) Wifi not stable.. 2) Ask at evening to clean the room as morning we left early,its up front denied that not possible 3) order coffee as went to swimming by the came back coffee was cold. ask room service to warm it. no one bother. And on top of that receptionist give a explanation that he must be not understand our requirement . That means guest has to learn regional language apart from Hindi & English"
