"My daughter and I stay the night before a university interview. This is a new business hotel well located for Bristol City Center. Very clean & beds were 4 star hotels standard. We asked for a room away from noise to get a good night sleep. We did fly in from Asia & my girl need to recover. The staff was great, very helpful and friendly. They took time to find a good matching room for us. We had a phone call to the room, as well as a follow up at breakfast time to make sure we were happy with our room & stay. I would recommend this hotel for shopping trips or night out in Bristol town. A good clean well located business / functional hotel. Well done Hampton and thank you to all the great friendly reception staffs. If my girl is lucky, this family will definitely return to stay for our visits. "

"They greeted us politely and let us to check in 30 minutes early. The rooms were clean and has an amazing view of Bristol. I am really pleased with the room. The hotel also assist us in printing our boarding pass for our flight back home. We will definitely stay in this hotel again in the near future. Absolutely love it."

"Fantastic! The bed was big and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and modern. The room was very spacious. The Gym was satisfactory as was the Sauna and Steam room, even more so being complementary.The location to town was perfect. All it lacked was a nice view. I will certainly be staying over again very time soon, if not in Bristol but another location also."

"the hotel felt very new and was very comfortable. there was an imac in the room which provided free internet, tv and radio. it was great to use and really made the hotel stand out from others for me. the room was great, comfortable, decent size and very modern feeling. the free parking was a bonus and we got the brekfast on a 2 for £15 deal which felt good value for money (it is advertised at £14 a head which i wasn't up for paying). the hotel drink prices are a little steep, but it is a city center hotel i suppose. we walked from the hotel to the city for a couple of nights out and it was a great base to start from, and was a very comfortable room to return to. the staff were friendly and efficient. i will definately use the hotel again and would reccomend to others."

"Just spent 4 nights at the Jury hotel in Bristol. The hotel is located in an ideal spot close to everything and easy to walk to shops, bars and restaurants. Fortunately we requested a room with a view over the river which was really nice and bright. Breakfast was excellent with a full buffet and had a great selection. Room we stayed in was very bright and really tastefully appointed. Al looked brand new furniture, large screen tv, lovely modern bathroom. Best part of the stay were the staff. From start to finish they were very professional but extremely helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend this hotel!"

"Layout of hotel takes a bit getting used to as it was originally two banks. Great room situated in its private corner - very comfortable bed with large modern bathroom and carefully chosen furnishings. The jetty restaurant is a beautifully restored large room. Quirky artwork and upholstery of furniture. Easy walk to river and shopping centre - lots of lovely cafes and bars nearby. Staff very helpful. Spa downstairs to be tried on a longer visit. "
